David Perdue takes steps to run against Warnock in 2022

ATLANTA, Ga – The 2022 U.S. Senate race starts heating up with former U.S. Senator David Perdue (R – Ga) filing paperwork to potentially run against Senator Raphael Warnock (D – Ga).
The former senator, who lost his runoff against Jon Ossoff on January 5, established the “Perdue for Senate” campaign on Monday with the Federal Election Commission.
This move doesn’t necessarily mean Perdue will enter the race, and Fox News is reporting, he will decide in the coming weeks. However, the conservative news outlet also indicates Perdue is leaning toward running.
If Perdue runs against Warnock, it leaves another prominent Georgia Republican and former Ninth District Representative Doug Collins in an interesting position. Sources say Collins’ also considering another Senate bid in 2022.

In a jungle primary, Collins came in third against Warnock and former Senator Kelly Loeffler (R). Warnock later beat Loeffler in the runoff.

Perdue won his Senate seat in 2014 and quickly aligned himself with President Trump in 2016. The President has strongly indicated that he would be involved in the Georgia 2022 elections following Governor Brian Kemp’s refusal to overturn the election.
Ossoff received 50.6 percent of the vote in the runoff to 49.4 percent for Perdue. On November 3, Perdue led Ossoff before dropping below 50 percent to push the race to a runoff.
Warnock and Ossoff’s wins handed the Senate control over to the Democrats, with 50 Senators and Vice President Kamala Harris (D) serving as the tie-breaking vote.

2022 will see Georgia become a political hotbed once again with Governor Brian Kemp (R), Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan (R), and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) up for reelection. Many in the Republican Party aren’t happy with the incumbents following the November 3 election. Trump’s stated he intends to find primary candidates against Kemp at least. Politicos look for Stacey Abrams (D) to run against Kemp in the general election as a 2018 rematch.
Gilmer election voting turnout stays above 65 percent

GILMER COUNTY, Ga. – As many expected and even publicly stated, Gilmer County did notice a drop in election voting turnout from the November Presidential Election to January’s Runoff Elections.
However, that drop has many surprised at how little the drop was. November saw 16,576 people cast their votes through one of the four voting paths including Election Day Precinct voting, Advanced in-person voting, Absentee by mail voting, and provisional ballot voting.
January saw 14,847 people vote in the county through those paths.
That equals 74.45 percent of the population in November and 65.17 percent of the population in January according to the Gilmer County Registrar’s Office. Only a 9.28 percent drop. This percentage comes from the Registrar’s records of Registered voters which also increase between the two elections from 22,264 in November to 22,781 in January.
January saw more people voting on Election Day with 5,601 compared to November’s 4,907.
January did see less in-person voting and absentee by mail with in-person reaching 6,292 (November – 8,150) and absentee reaching 2,949 (November – 3,506).
As previously reported, the increases have continued to rise throughout the year, some are calling ballot harvesting by one party as part of the reason for the increases, especially in absentee by mail, though it decreased from November to January. Others are simply citing the current times and consequences as the reason for increases.
Indeed, several people have made note that they are first time voters, like James Short who said he voted in the November election for the first time because it is the most important election he has seen in his life.
Meanwhile, the outcomes and ramifications of the elections, suspected fraud, and division among citizens continues spiraling into increasing tension among the nation and it’s citizens.
These hostilities are even affecting local rural counties as neighbor Pickens County recently posted deputies to polling stations during the January Election. The Sheriff’s Office issued a pre-emptive statement beforehand assuring citizens that there was no present threat. However, the did say that the action was taken due to threats received and dealt with in other counties.
The importance and effects that elections are having on people is continuing to be shown in total votes numbers in counties across the nation. Even with a drop in voting in January’s Runoff Election, Gilmer is still a prime example of this with well over half of its registered voting population turning out for a runoff election.

According to the Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office, “An anonymous caller notified the Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office of Facebook posts made by a Travis Ingram regarding his anger against law enforcement about a prior arrest, as well as a specific threat that he had a bomb and was headed to the courthouse.”
Staff at the courthouse was put on high alert, and while the statement from the Sheriff’s Office did not directly connect with election night, other counties are receiving specific threats related to political ideals and the elections specifically.
Pickens County posted officers at precincts in a pre-emptive effort based on the threats in other counties as well.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the staff inside the courthouse was put on alert, and election staff had to follow special response considering election ballots being on premises.
According to Chief Registrar Tammy Watkins, as they prepared ballots and discussed what to do as they are not normally allowed to leave ballots unattended, the threat was dealt with before they were forced to move or do anything with the ballots due to the threat.
The statement read, “Based on the severity of the threats and actions he stated he intended to carry out, the courthouse staff was put on a high alert status and deputies began looking for Ingram.”
The statement continues on saying that Ingram was found and arrested. Ingram is facing charges of Terroristic Threats & Acts and is currently being held in the Gilmer County Detention Center.
Despite the threat, proceedings continued at the courthouse throughout the night. Elections were still allowed to continue as planned with ballot counting during the night.

BKP speaks with Republican Senator David Perdue
Election, Featured News, Featured Stories, News December 30, 2020 Mere days before the run-off election deciding the Georgia’s Senate seats for this term, David Perdue (R), current Senator and incumbent candidate, is preparing for the final push up to election day. Counties across the state have reported record turn-outs for voting during 2020 and it looks like this election will see more voters than usual as well.
Voters are also turning out to rallies and campaign events as well. With debates still going over the Presidential Election and voters asking for continuing support, Perdue notes that he was among the few Senators who supported Trump before he was initially elected. Perdue said he fought with Trump as he turned the nations economy to it’s “best economic turnaround in history.”
Going through options and ideas in fighting what they are calling corruption in the recent election.
It is constantly a struggle against the Democrats according to Perdue who said that he is continuing to do everything that Trump asks him to do for that support.
Perdue noted, though, that people who are angry need to support Trump and the Republicans, but they also need to get out to vote. With numerous registered voters in every district still not voting on election day, Perdue calls to citizens saying that they are trying to fight the corruption and make the vote fair. He said they are working hard but it is very frustrating that people are still not voting.
Part of the efforts he has been working towards, Perdue has spoken with President Trump on Christmas Day. Perdue noted the stimulus and support for small businesses, people, and those in need from the pandemic fallout.
Perdue went on to speak on the omnibus bill at the federal level and looking at the efforts of the president fighting for people.

Perdue said that Jon Ossoff has been paid for two years by the Chinese Communist Party. Perdue said, “This is another example of how the Chinese Communist Party is trying to influence American Politics. They got in Hunter Biden’s pocket, they got into Congressman Swalwell’s bedroom, and they got into Jon Ossoff’s ego and his ambition to be an elected official. For two years after he ran for the U.S. House of Representatives and lost against Karen Handel in 2017. The very next year they hire him and pay him for two years. He hid it from the people of Georgia during his Primary this year. He lied about it. When he got caught, he came clean and then lied about it again.”
Perdue said that Ossoff is not good for Georgia because he is being controlled and influenced by China just like Biden and Swalwell. He noted that if the Republicans lose these two seats, then Biden will absolutely ruin everything in America that we have fought for.
Perdue called on voters again and said, “Don’t do it for me, don’t do it for Kelly, don’t do it for yourselves. Look at the children and think about their children. This is what’s at stake right now, the form of America. What America will look like in 50 to 100 years is determined by these two Senate races.”

I’m a life long Republican. I’m a 71 year old retired school teacher who loved seeing you take over the Senate from Harry Reid, a corrupt “do nothing” Democrat! Your acceptance speech, your bold stand at the time, were a “breath of fresh air” after the corruption of the Obama Administration and the stall tactics of Harry Reid! Finally, I thought the GOP would get the courage to challenge the power mongering of the Senate Democrats!
I haven’t always agreed with you. I did think that you would work with President Donald J. Trump, the best President in my lifetime, along with Ronald Reagan and John Kennedy! I’ve supported much of what you’ve done, even when many others did not! NOW, when Trump needs you the most, when an election was stolen by mail-in ballots and corruption throughout this country, when Trump increased the House and would have held on to the Senate if not for the corruption in GA, many of you who he put into and kept in office, have abandoned him. Early voting running smoothly despite some questioning software

ELLIJAY, Ga. – Once again, Gilmer County is returning to the ballot box for the early voting procedures for the 2020 elections, though this time addressing the runoff elections.
With the actual election day in January and early voting continuing through the end of 2020, Sherri Jones, boardmember of the Board of Voter Registration and Registrar for Gilmer County, said that the lines have been going smoother than in November. Sharing with FYN an update, she noted that many citizens have commented on the easier and quicker progression through the lines.

Jones said the staff has stayed very busy with three check-in stations processing voters and five voting machines in operation. She also noted that they have run four check-in stations if a line starts to build up as well. This is not any different as Jones said they operated similarly in the November Election.
However, Jones said a smaller ballot helps some as people are spending less time on the machines deciding and registering their votes. As they have gone through their first two completed days of operation in early voting, Gilmer saw 576 early voters on Monday, and 601 early voters on Tuesday. As they near completion of their third day, Jones said they have audited their lines and operations several times, never seeing more than a maximum of 15 minutes waiting in line.
But in almost three days, the in-person total of 1,637 in-person voters are only a third of the story. Jones said that between the state and county, they have 3,368 registered ballots in the mail locally and another 42 ballots sent digitally to those in military service overseas.
With only 15 minutes wait-times reported, Gilmer’s voters and registrars are both pleased with way the runoff election is performing in the opening days of early voting.
These are being returned via mail or through the ballot-box drop-off in front of the courthouse. Processing these comes with its own challenges as officials must register the ballots, confirm signatures, and, in some cases, re-mail confirmations. Jones said that a few of their by-mail ballots have had to have confirmation forms sent out to re-affirm signatures that may have been questioned or rejected. Jones said that, for example, they cannot accept ballots signed by a spouse. Citizens voting by mail should keep an eye out just in case they might be one of the few needing to sign a secondary form.
However, with all the normal challenges of operating the early voting process, Jones said the biggest issue they have faced so far is faith in the machines.
Jones said that they have had several people questioning their votes and the Dominion software used in counting them.
She said the office is assuring the public that they have confirmed the operations and counting software after having gone through the November Election, an audit and hand-counted-recount of that election, and a second recount of the ballots through the machines. All of which matched “to the ‘T,'” according to Jones.
They are continuing early voting through the next two weeks until New Years as the office is remaining open except for the recognized holidays. As previously reported from Chief Registrar Tammy Watkins, as of now, early voting will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, December 24 and 25, as well as for New Year’s Day, January 1.
Ralston urges caution amid election fraud concerns

BLUE RIDGE, Ga – Georgia Speaker of the House David Ralston (R-Blue Ridge) advised prudence before superseding the state constitution. Mayor Giuliani presented a witness in last week’s Georgia Senate hearings who urged the General Assembly to convene under Article II of the U.S. Constitution. The move would overrule state law that a special session can only be called the governor or three-fifths majority from both legislative bodies.

“I’m not sure what that would look like,” Ralston stated. “We’ve got to be very, very careful because whatever we do will set a precedent. This issue of can we come into a session and disregard the fact that there’s been two or three certifications, whether we agree with them or not…that’s something I think we’ve want to tread very, very carefully around because that could be used against us someday.”
During a phone call with President Trump, Ralston relayed that the President was “upbeat” and wants a special session of the General Assembly. The Speaker warned it would be an “uphill battle.”
Governor Brian Kemp (R) released a statement on Sunday, December 6, stating that calling a special session to establish “a separate slate of presidential electors is not an option that is allowed under state or federal law.”
Also, the General Assembly doesn’t have the required three-fifths majority to convene. According to Ralston, the House is two votes short.
He added that President Donald Trump (R) could make a case that he won Georgia, and Ralston has reviewed “enough evidence to raise questions that need to be answered.” For this reason, Ralston hasn’t signed any statements supporting the outcome of the Georgia election.
“I’ve never seen in my public career the level of anger and concern that’s out there now. People are very upset, and I get that. I’m upset,” Ralston said. “I believe it’s vital he be reelected. His policies are good for this country, particularly when compared to policies of the other party.”
The Speaker admonished anyone considering not voting in the January 5 runoff, calling it “handing over the keys of the U.S. Senate to Chuck Schumer.”

Recounting Again in Gilmer Elections with Chief Registrar Watkins

ELLIJAY, Ga. – Gilmer County is performing another recount of the recent presidential election this week after state directives sent Chief Registrar Tammy Watkins and election employees back to the counting machines.
According to Chief Registrar and Elections Coordinator Tammy Watkins, the process began at 9:00 a.m. today, Monday, November 30, 2020. However, she and a small number of employees were in office last night preparing for the recount. Different from the recent recount in the news where the state aligned the recount in Georgia with a scheduled audit, this time, the county’s Elections and Probate employees are re-running the ballots through the machine counters instead of hand counting them again.
Watkins said this means the recount will be much faster than last time, unless any issues arise. Something that has already happened today when Watkins said they had a “hiccup” in the machine process that required a call Dominion for aid in loading and beginning the count. She also said they had another issue when trying to count large numbers of ballots quickly. Now, they are counting ballots 50-at-a-time.
Even with these setbacks, Watkins said she doesn’t expect this recount to take longer than today or part of tomorrow. She noted that she was willing to stay after 5 today to get the recount done if the staff was willing, but she was hopeful that it may not even need a late night.
Watkins said that the counters had to be wiped for the recount, but the original voting machines haven’t been cleared yet. She also noted that elections keeps a copy of the elections counts and votes for two years on a back-up system before deleting them.
Watkins said they are again only recounting the presidential election during the recount and are using the full review system through the review board.
Watkins said that she doesn’t expect any issues, but if something does come up in error, they would immediately respond to the state to find out the issue, either to find an issue with their input that caused something or an actual election error.
The confidence was shared as even Republican Party Representative and local GOP Chair Richie Stone, who was present as a monitor of the recount, said that he did not expect any issues in county like Gilmer. Stone said, “I don’t expect Gilmer County to be any different. We have honest people in charge here.”
After the recent Georgia-only recount showed matching results, not many are expecting a difference to appear now. However, Watkins said she is still working diligently through the process because, as she said, “it’s possible.”
However, it’s also stressful in our county, Watkins said she is operating the recount as ordered, but she noted that the registrars and elections in Gilmer could be readying ballots today to go out for the coming runoff in early January. “It’s taking me and my staff away from doing that,” said Watkins when asked about having to do two recounts now.
Watkins noted that she is once again expecting a “higher than normal” turnout for the runoff, but maybe not as many as voted in the presidential election. Early voting for that election begins on December 14 and their are still several key offices up for vote like senate seats for David Perdue and Jon Ossoff or Kelly Loeffler and Raphael Warnock.
This is also pushing unusual days as this early voting will be going on during Christmas and New Years. Watkins said she is expecting to have early voting closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, December 24 and 25, as well as for New Year’s Day, January 1, which is actually the final day of early voting. This means Gilmer’s final day of early voting would be the last day of the year, December 31. Watkins was quick to note that this could be subject to change based on circumstances. But as of right now, early voters could cast their vote through New Year’s Eve.
Good Advice! Never, Ever Give Up!

I’m very impressed that President Trump is strictly following Hillary Clinton’s advice to Joe Biden: “Never, ever concede.” That’s very good advice indeed! The last trick in their bag, at least for this election, is to declare victory, ensconce Joe Biden in a pretend Presidential Office and demand all the trappings attendant to a peaceful transition of power, something the Democrats never did for Trump. Why should President Trump concede when voting frauds are being revealed, whistleblowers are coming forward to give sworn testimony and the matter is not even closely settled?
We’re still faced with a conundrum. Biden is a pathological liar. So is the media! He doesn’t know what he’s talking about, can’t remember his cues on the teleprompter and is in short, Incapable of leading. That whole idea of Joe leading anything is a joke!
No thanks to the media for hiding the stories that should be important to voters, but it can’t be denied, Joe Biden is corrupt! We all know it, he said so himself! He’s also compromised as an Agent of Influence for the Chinese Communist Party and yet he pretends to have integrity. His long career in politics taught Joe how to enrich himself and his family without getting caught. A
serial plagiarizer unable to think on his feet or write his own thoughts at his desk and incapable of formulating a coherent sentence, Democrats demand that Americans accept him as their leader even in the face of massive voter fraud investigations. Trump should not concede at all!
History is filled with stories of flawed hero’s coming at the right time to end disasters and Trump is one of them because after the economic failures of eight years of Obama, Trumps miracle leadership accomplished more in four years than any other Party did in eight or ten or twenty years! Trumps business policies created a booming economy, moving all Americans of all races toward better jobs and prosperity. He’s trashed the socialists economic policies of our past administration, changed environmental laws to help Americans prosper and returned Americas military to a world force to be reckoned with.
As I have said before I have no grief with a Billionaire who becomes President. Where I take umbrage is when a stupid politician becomes a millionaire and no one (media) notices. Joe’s dull career specialized in graft and corruption to enrich himself and his family.
If we listened to and accepted what the media would have us believe, it’s a sure bet that if voters were told to get into boxcars to be taken to virus protection camps, most Biden voters would rush to get in line. “Oh, Save us Joe!” Then there’s the global warming nonsense. Do we imagine the rest of the world ready to save the planet from evil carbon? No, but the rest of the world has exempted China and India from carbon footprint controls! They can continue their fossil fuel burning right along with the 400 more or less, active volcanoes spewing toxins into our atmosphere but, wicked America needs to do more to reduce carbon pollution.
Americas biggest enemy is not Trump defending his Presidency from Democrat theft but it’s the Communist Democrat party who are the thieves and our enemy! If Joe doesn’t win, anarchists groups like BLM and Antifa promise massive violent demonstrations across the country. If states enact their military options to defend the Constitution and Americans from evil, the National Guard will have to crush ’em. If official State governments fail to act because they are Communist run, then Americans will turn to an age old technique called vigilantism to stem the tide. We saw this coming: we were warned and they still got away with it. They’re going to get away with a lot. Just a few short years ago, the Democrats would pull up to a voter tabulating center just at closing time with a trunk load of paper ballots that swung an election their way, screaming: “every vote must be counted” until our side acquiesced and we lost the election. Dead people voting for Democrats is no mystery any more. Now, instead of lost car trunks filled with ballots miraculously showing up at counting houses at the last second, its theft by the internet using a NSA systems called Hammer and Scorecard. Oh yes, they still rely on printed ballots as cover but the damage is done.
Not content with having a spy on California Senator Diane Feinstein’s staff for twenty years, do Americans realize that China’s Emperor Ji Jingping now has a willing Agent of Influence in the White House? Yep, they bought him. Joe was for sale, cheap! Watch the US Military be quickly withdrawn from the South Pacific. Watch the Philippines, Taiwan and Japan re-evaluate their positions vis-a-vis, China’s growing military belligerency toward all its neighbors. Vietnam is especially miffed by Trumps loss to her enemies. The Vietnamese know what China is capable of doing, what its intentions are and how they will carry them out.
Under Biden’s administration, the Marxists American foreign policy will permit China to expand its hegemony in the South China Sea uninterrupted by Americas military forces. Under Biden’s administration, we can expect US manufacturing to return to Obama subpar employment levels, with its attendant poverty levels and joblessness, while our money flows into China’s coffers once again and we reap the cheap junk that comes our way. Biden’s Marxist government will make us happy with cheap stuff from China that will keep us from rebelling. Its all part of the Marxist plan for America, then the world. We were warned! Their will be blood in the streets.
Watch all criminal charges against the FBI scoundrels, Biden’s family and the Clinton’s simply disappear into the nether, and all this while still more charges loom on the horizon. Was the One America News network (OAN) the only network to report that a court in the Ukraine has listed Joe Biden as a criminal suspect regarding his admitted role in the firing of Ukraine’s State prosecutor investigating Burisma Energy company and the Hunter Biden’s role in it?
Not one American news network other that OAN, reported this news. Even Fox has ignored the story, gleefully adding to Trumps election woes by declaring Arizona for Biden even before the polls closed. They didn’t even give cemeteries enough time to rebury the dead after the vote before they too joined the course of “Orange man’s bad, lets get back to normal.”
Normal? There is no normal any more. What the Left has done is saved on record and will haunt the Leftists politicians for decades, if America lasts that long. That cat’s out of the bag and it’s not going back in. We’ve watched alleged Republicans drag their feet on supporting Trump. Now, they brag about being Republicans for Biden. These are traitors and their actions have all but rendered the Republican Party redundant, useless and unnecessary. Time to change!
Grassroot conservatives, those that turned out in the thousands to Trump rallies, must seriously consider reregistering as independents. America is a seriously divided country. Politically we cannot agree. Joe has no skills to claim he is a unifying leader. He’s not even a leader. He can’t be a president for all Americans because his far-left party won’t let him. This is their grand opportunity to socialize America or bring it to its knees by bloodshed. Nothing else will do!

Perdue speaks at Chateau Meichtry in Gilmer

TALKING ROCK, Ga. – With mere days left until the 2020 Election Day on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, candidates are making their final push around the state, and Republican Senator David Perdue has also been following the trend as he made a series of stops over the weekend, one of those in Gilmer County at Chateau Meichtry Family Vineyard and Winery.
Perdue spoke about Sonny Perdue’s defeat of Roy Barnes in the early 2000’s saying that the same could happen now as a major race for senate and a major race for the presidency. He warned voters not to be complacent, or his supporters could see the same thing happen with an upset in the election turning the Senate seat back over to the Democrats with Jon Ossoff.
Perdue said the vote this year is about the political ethos of the Democrats, not about the individual candidates. He mentioned poverty levels decreasing, a resurgence in economy, and the confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court as just part of the legacy of President Donald Trump and the Republicans so far. He called for voters to maintain the way things are and avoid the “Far Left” as it would be a hard “Left hand turn” against the people.
Giving much of the importance to the presidential election, Perdue pushed for people to get out to vote and support him in the Senate Election as well. This seemed to echo his actions as well as Perdue cancelled his appearance at a final debate with Ossoff. According to reports, he will instead be attending a Trump Rally.

Called a “cowardly move” in other news, Perdue replied to the questions about his cancellation saying, “We’ve had two debates. We heard the same thing from Jon Ossoff out of both of them.”
Perdue went on to comment that with so many lies in the debates that he had heard, he wanted to focus on Trump’s appearance and on getting voters out to support the election. When asked about Ossoff’s comments, Perdue stated, “He’s done that for six months. He has not defended his own agenda which includes defunding the police, open borders, sanctuary cities, he wants to close down two military bases, he wants the Green New Deal, and he wants the Federal Government to take away our private healthcare insurance. He’s not going to talk about any of that. So, what he’s done is, basically, slung mud at me with lies that have all been refuted, by the way. The things that he needs to own up to right now are the agenda and the things that he has lied to the people of Georgia about.”
He reiterated that he felt that the Senate race has had its full discourse, and it is time to trust the voters in Georgia and move, at this time, to efforts to get everyone out to vote.

Collins comes to Blue Ridge to set the record straight

Blue Ridge, Ga. – Congressman Doug Collins stopped in Blue Ridge on his campaign tour in the race for U.S. Senate. With him were special guests Georgia State Speaker of the House David Ralston and former member of the foreign policy advisory panel to Donald Trump, George Papadopoulos.
Collins spoke briefly on his record as U.S. Congressman, highlighting his conservative values and his reputation for representing the people of the 9th District.
Collins has stood up to multiple government agencies and individuals during his career, most notably holding the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) and James Comey accountable.
Collins was also a visible ally to President Donald Trump during the U.S. House of Representatives Impeachment Hearings.
Now, Collins wants to take this same momentum and move it to the U.S. Senate.

With the U.S. Senate seat open to a Jungle Primary on the Nov. 3 ballot, Collins wants to set the record straight on what is and isn’t true about himself and his biggest Republican rival, Senator Kelly Loeffler.
According to Collins, Loeffler’s attacks on him are unfounded and in many cases an attempt at deflection about her true nature and intent.
Collins specifically sited Loeffler’s pro-life stance that seems to not have been her view a mere two years ago when she worked with Planned Parenthood to have a booth set up at a basketball game where monies raised would be split with the organization.
“I am the one who is actually concerned about life,” Collins said pointing to decisions his family has made in their personal life that reflect these values.
Loeffler also made claims that Collins was not Pro-Second Amendment and that as a lawyer Collins represented criminals.
Collins assured the crowd, having grown up the son of a trooper neither of these claims could be further from the truth.
“She doesn’t want you to know that she worked with Michael Bloomberg,” Collins said of Loeffler’s Second Amendment claims and her own personal work on a gun control agenda.
In his career as a lawyer, Collins took indigent clients, none of which were pictured in Loeffler’s ad. Collins stated, “Doug Collins defender of criminals? No, Doug Collins did his constitutional duty taking indigent clients.”
Loeffeler has also released ads containing a picture of Collins with former Georgia House Representative Stacey Abrams.
Abrams made waves as the Democratic nominee for Georgia Governor in 2018, known for her liberal stances.
George Papadopoulos gives his endorsement of Collins for Senate.
Collins explained the photo, “This was after we saved the HOPE scholarship. Stacey joined us on a conservative idea and voted for it because she understood that people needed that money.”
According to Collins, Loeffler actually employed Abrams as an attorney for a basketball team and in 2018 Loeffler honored Abrams as a woman of distinction while “Abrams for Governor” signs were in the background of the photo-op.
Lastly, Collins pointed out that Loeffler makes her decisions based on her own self-interest and money.
“She claims to be tough on China,” Collins said and added, “Take the ten state owned companies that are listed on the New York Stock Exchange, owned by the Chinese Communist Party, and delist them.”
Jeffrey Sprecher, Leoffler’s husband, is the founder, chairman, and CEO of Intercontinental Exchange, and the chairman of the New York Stock Exchange.
Collins said of his suggestion to delist the Chinese companies, that it will never happen because Loeffler will choose her pocketbook and their pocketbook over policy everyday.
“I may not have $35 million, but I’ve got all I need because I’ve got you and I’ve got the voters of Georgia and they understand who the real conservative is in this race,” Collins said referencing the amount the Loeffler has spent on her Senate campaign, “Georgia can’t be bought.”

Times and Sample Ballot for Early Voting in Gilmer

ELLIJAY, Ga. – Early Voting is well underway in Gilmer County with lines stretching around the block some days. Citizens are adamant in exercising their right to vote in this major election.
As people prepare and plan on their trips to the ballot box through either early voting or on election day, November 3, 2020, the Registrar’s Office of Gilmer County is providing all the information available.
Staying open later in the day until 6:00 p.m. and even opening this Saturday, the office is following requirements by law and attempting to maintain social distancing while providing this service. According to Chief Registrar and Gilmer County Elections Manager, Tammy Watkins, the full operation times for early voting are:
Monday October 19th thru Friday October 23rd 8:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday October 24th 9:00am until 4:00pm
Monday October 26th thru Friday October 30th 8:30am – 6:00pm
As people are continuing to gather in large droves at the Gilmer County Registrar Office (1 Broad St Suite 107 Ellijay, GA 30540) the office is also providing sample ballots in multiple locations including inside the office, through local media, through the county website, and below this article.
Another new addition comes in the form of the Absentee Ballot Box drop-off located at the Gilmer County Courthouse. Located around the corner from the office, the drop-off box is next to the main entrance of the courthouse (pictured right).

Vernon Jones speaks on Trump Rally and crowdsurfing

Fresh off his weekend and an event where he “crowd-surfed” to a young man in a wheelchair because he wanted a picture, Georgia State Representative, Vernon Jones (D) says, “Let me be clear about one thing. I’m committed to this President. I believe in this President. I took a leap of faith and I believed in that crowd and that crowd caught me.”
This was not Jones’ first event in support of President Donald Trump either. He is campaigning for the President in the current elections saying that he is a life-long Democrat, but he would not vote for Joe Biden.
Comparing the two, Jones said that Biden has destroyed black men and women through mass incarceration. He has a record of doing nothing whereas Trump has produced results like the First Step Act restoring families.
Focusing on business and the economy, Jones listed several things as accomplishments in Trump’s Presidency like correcting trade agreements to a fair agreement for America, grew the economy evidenced by businesses expanding and job growth, increased pay for those in military service, and supported historical black college funding.
Jones said, “He has done more in the past 47 months than Joe Biden has done in the past 47 years.”
He added that people are being shamed for supporting Trump by the media and others as they are being portrayed as racists and bigots. But these people are just people. People who don’t care what color you are, people who just love their country.
Many Democrats are turning in support of the President and for himself, according to Jones, because they see the craziness in their own party, the anger in their own party, and the violence in their own party.
Jones referenced the incident over the weekend of a Trump supporter who was attacked and lost two teeth in the beating he took. He said this is the game that these liberals are playing. They are trying to incite fear through violence, fear through the pandemic, and fear through the media.
In full support of Trump, he said in an interview that the President is the best hope in support of our first and second amendment rights. He later added that voting for Biden isn’t even a vote for Biden as president. “He wouldn’t be the president, it would be Kamala Harris,” he said.
He added that she would be even scarier.
Georgia State Representative, Vernon Jones (D)
Going down the ballot from Trump, Jones also showed his support for Doug Collins and the work he has already done for Georgia as a Representative for the 9th Congressional District. While he didn’t specifically comment on Loeffler, he did say that Warnock was the wrong choice saying, “… it’s a vote for our civil liberties to be lost. It’s a vote for illegal immigration. It’s a vote for taking away the tax cut. He is dangerous.”
However, he didn’t stay long with this race and returned again to the Presidential Election and its importance as he said he was going to continue supporting and campaigning for Trump through his birthday even, October 31. He said that despite the polls, he wants Georgia to be all for the president in his re-election. Especially since the opposition has the major media supporting and propping up Biden’s campaign.
Jones pointed to the media and incidents with Biden meeting with Russian officials. He asks why none of them are asking Biden about it and why he or anyone in his campaign wouldn’t denounce the allegations or answer the questions.
With more events coming and debates on the way, Jones said he is looking to continue campaigning hard as he stands behind his words and endorsements.
It was a common theme during his statements. Constantly focused on the election, on Trump, and on the future of America. Many other stories are focused on his crowd surfing and the meaning or consequences of that day.
Jones stated in the video, “Show me the next crowd. I’ll do the same thing.”
