Can The Swamp Be Drained?
Opinion October 2, 2017
Can The Swamp Be Drained?
It’s a crying shame that Dr.Tom Price, former Ga 6th District Rep. and Trumps appointed Secretary of Health & Human Services, saw it necessary to cave in to the leftist media’s tsunami attack on his transportation woes. The “Establishment”, the corrupted one world government crowd of Progressivism, can now proudly hang another trophy head on their wall. It appears the VA Secretary may be next followed by whomever shows even a hint of weakness. Beware, the establish will eat its own.
But let’s be truthful. This is not an accident. It’s a coordinated ‘establishment’ attack by our ‘betters’ to neuter Trump presidency they see as dangerous to their lifestyle. They haven’t been able to demonize or criminalize Trump, so they have now started picking around the edges claiming a trophy here and a trophy there until Trump’s vision of draining the swamp collapses into the very swamp we know he was talking about. They will drown him in vile pettiness.
They are stealing our election. Do not look to the GOP for succor. They are all in for the kill. This is larger than just Democrats and Republicans wanting to retain power; this is a massive coordinated, well funded attack by the “establishment elites,” funded by their financial cronies, to maintain the status quo. The organizers behind it don’t really care if the government is Constitutional, Socialist, Marxist or Fascists so long as the money brokers control the strings that make all us puppets dance to their tune.
John Kasich, Republican Governor of Ohio, a total establish bureaucrat, is licking his chops waiting to offer himself up once again as America’s best hope. Hope for what? Government through bipartisanship? That’s all he talks about. Hope is just wishful thinking as we learned after suffering eight years of “Hope and Change’ during the excruciating Obama days. Bipartisanship with Democrats simply means that our side caves in to their sides Progressive agenda, an agenda the American voters rejected in the past three elections and continue to reject with the recent primary election of firebrand Ala. Senatorial candidate, Judge Roy Moore.
Now we have to continue the fight, It is incumbent upon conservative voters everywhere to stand up and be counted, to understand, as Reagan cautioned, “Don’t look to Government to solve the problem, the government is the problem” and realize that…“There is a time when the operation of the machine becomes so odious, makes you so sick at heart, that you can’t take part; you can’t even passively take part, and you’ve got to put your bodies upon the gears and upon the wheels, upon the levers, upon all the apparatus, and you’ve got to make it stop. And you’ve got to indicate to the people who run it, to the people who own it, that unless you’re free, the machine will be prevented from working at all!.” …Mario Savio, UC Berkeley, Dec. 2, 1965.
The ‘machine’ is trying to save itself. With the alarming exodus of Trumps conservative cabinet secretaries, presidential advisers, associates and mid-level managers, it appears the deep state could win the battle after all. The next generation following us are becoming our enemies, brainwashed as they have been by the socialist dogma spewing from lecture stands in our colleges and universities. How can it be stopped? Can the swamp be drained? How do we address America’s history without being challenged over its every perceived error?
But what about the swamp? If you haven’t read The Art of the Deal, you can’t possibly understand Trumps tactics. He will get around to draining the swamp. It’s a three step plan with steps one and two almost completed. I don’t think a mere politician has the tactical skills to compete with Donald Trump. He’s a lot smarter than the average bear. More later.

Short Takes – The Blame Game
Opinion January 22, 2018
The Blame Game
The few times the US government has shut down in past couple of decades, the Republicans have been blamed. Why? Because the Democrats said so. Now, the Democrats, even in their minority demand a DACA resolution favorable to them before any budget deal to finance the government can proceed. Why is that? We kicked the Democrats, indeed the whole corrupt Democrat political machine out of any authority, over three successive election cycles. I reckon we’ve got it all. Let’s use it. Why are we still afraid to do something positive?
The Schumer Shutdown represents the epitome of Democratic playbook antics that have for years stymied Republican efforts to have a Constitutional Government instead of a corrupt one. Why? Schumer still believes he can hang this on Trump and the Republicans. Historically, Republicans, fearful of legislative combat with the Democrats, have always caved lest they be called racists and bigots..….until Donald Trump.
Democrat hypocrisy is often cited but the word “Hypocrite,” when flung at Democrats has no poison in it because Democrats refuse to react to it. Too, most voters who dwell happily in the in the Democrat sheepfold don’t know what it means anyway. Republicans need to use different words like liars, cheats and thieves. Everybody knows those words because that’s exactly what the Democrat party is, a collection of liars, cheats and thieves. “Dickie” Durban is the most recent prime example of one of these creatures, not to neglect Chuckie Schumer himself.
Republican politicians, at least those that hide their principles by calling themselves “moderates” or “compassionate conservatives,“ are deathly afraid of being accused of racism or bigotry, an accusation the Leftist media is always happy to promote. So, for years, the US government has been guided by the systemic ‘fear’ that has enabled the Socialist agenda.
08 November, 2016 should have ended all that, yet here we are, our legislators in a deadlock with a corrupt minority party over government funding because an unconstitutional, illegal, Executive Order, is considered by them to have the rule of law when it does not. The consequences are enormous for the rule of law, a return to which is essential if we are to help Trump Make America Great again. Tea Parties, take notice.
To ignore the Constitution for so many years, as the Democrats have done, appears to have become the ‘norm’ instead of the exceptional method of running a government. Now a conservative leader is standing up to the Democrats and their socialist agenda and the Republicans can’t seem to get a handle on how to move forward. Good ol’ Harry Reid showed us the way.
If the Republicans want to get moving, do as Harry Reid did, eliminate the senate 60 vote filibuster rule and get on with making America Great Again. I remind Republicans, that Democrats are the minority and should stay that way forever. As for filibuster, if fairness is all that important, than require the Senators, in fact, to stand in the well and filibuster. Then the whole country will know where their Senator really stands.
In their minority, obstructionism is the only tool Democrats have left. Trump is dismantling their years of hard work to drag America firmly into the Socialist camp and ultimately the One World Order scheme. The Democrats love of Marxist-Socialist dogma remains a continuing threat to a Constitutional America. It’s time to move on no matter how painful it might be.
Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em! (21Jan18)
As Goes the NFL, So Goes Middle America
Opinion September 28, 2017
As Goes the NFL, So Goes Middle America
Apparently, from what I read and hear, the fast spreading flames of customer discontent to the NFL’s anti-American, anti-Veteran, anti-police position, because it is taking a “unity” stance with its over paid employees, could bring that august industry to near financial collapse. Unlike the GOP whose coming collapse is occasioned by its demonstrable untrustworthiness, the NFL’s demise will be financial. Follow the money. Sadly, I don’t think they see it coming.
The NFL, a major consumer of a large portion of middle American’s declining pot of left-over earnings, dollars left untaxed by government rules and regulations, Obamacare mandates, groceries and gasoline, is facing a catastrophe. The daily struggle to exist cost money. Nothing is free, bills must be paid and those free dollars can as easily be spent elsewhere.
Middle America not only supplies the vast earnings enjoyed by sports franchises, vendors and jersey manufactures, but it also supplies the soldiers, sailors and airmen whose job it is is to keep America safe so its citizens can enjoy the diversion of watching over paid athletes bash each other once a week in a fest of organized mayhem; or tip a little ball into a net.
In our economy, leftover from the Obama era, middle American’s exists on a shoe string, the string ends cut shorter and shorter every time Liberals gets control of the governments purse strings. Americans don’t like it, but accept it, so, to simply exist requires that they spend their free money wisely. So, the smart thing to do, one should think, is to not mess with their patriotism and treat fans like morons. The first expenses to go is that spent on entertainment.
Middle Americans entertainment dollars are spent on beer, fishing, big trucks, BBQ, the NFL and the NBA. So far fish, big trucks and Bass boats have not registered protests to Americas traditions of rendering respect to our flag, our anthem or our military. If pro sports organizations continue the trend of disrespect to those traditions, then they can expect their share of middle Americas entertainment dollars to dwindle away.
I’m not at all conflicted by what’s going on here. It’s Progressive (Marxist) politics, attacking one more of America’s remaining religious institutions, organized pro-sports. They have all but eliminated the Christin religion from our culture, so, the next “opiate of the working class,” NFL and NBA pro sports, has to go as well. Already we are seeing the trickle down effect of the disrespect the NFL is showing to America’s traditions, eight year old pee wee footballers, “taking “the knee” and wondering why. They are being taught to hate America.
That Alabama’s conservative electorate chose Judge Roy Moore to face a Democrat challenger in December over appointed Republican incumbent Luther Strange, despite the President and Vice-Presidents support of Strange, signals more problems for Mitch McConnell than for Donald Trump. That the issue rises just when the Pro Football season is just getting underway, with its unfolding political problems, is a threshold moment that bears close watching. We can suppose Trumps endorsement of Strange was a sop to McConnell to appease his hurt feelings.
The NFL, on the other hand, enters the fray at their peril. They are an entertainment business, not a political one. They need money and lots of it to pay their mostly unenlightened work force the outrageous millions of dollars the players demand. Middle America knows the difference between entertainment and politics. They want ‘em separate. Hollywood is also facing a loss of its entertainment share because they have become political too.
Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em! (27Sep17)
Short Takes – Abdication
Opinion September 27, 2017
Abdication
The decline of America’s two political parties is not a surprise. They have cheated America’s voters leaving them searching for Constitutional alternatives. The GOP’s abdication of its conservative principles presents a signal problem that can no longer be ignored; problems that voters saw coming and attempted to fix in 2012, 2014 and 2016, without success, is evidence enough that the GOP is broken and represents nobody except themselves. They don’t want to do anything lest they rock the boat and lose favor with their money suppliers and the media. The GOP has clearly abdicated its role as America’s conservative party. In other words, there isn’t one any more. They GOP elites didn’t get the message.
The Marxist controlled Democrat party holds no effective power in government except to act as obstructionists. Their leadership is composed of geriatric, old Marxists and Progressives, products of the 1960’s anti-Vietnam war era, still searching for the magic formula that will enable them to complete their socialization America, interrupted by Donald Trump. Count them gone.
For Conservatives, the Republican party has long claimed they held the key to salvation until we learned, and are still learning, that they are in fact liars, cheats and shills for big government and the cash that flows from it. There are some serious exceptions like David Perdue, Tom Cotton, Mike Lee and maybe even Tom Cruz. The party has more than its share of treacherous villains like the unprincipled John McCain and feckless leftist, Susan Collins among others, who join the Democrats in obstructing the Conservative agenda, that Donald Trump seized and gave voice to the deep concerns of many Americans about the direction the socialists were taking America.
How do we solve the problem? A new party? Nope! No matter what it’s called a new party will simply not work. The Libertarians have been out there for years and have not advanced above the popularity level they first achieved since the beginning. I agree they are Constitutional conservatives, with exceptions, and it’s those exceptions that have them stalled in third place.
The only course available for conservative Republicans, independents and Democrats alarmed at the deceit of the Ruling Caste, is to replace the old GOP, member by member, in primary challenges by conservative candidates until the whole rotten GOP house of cards collapses.
Why? Because that’s where the money is. That’s where the donations come to, that’s the crucible of corruption, that’s the seat of power and that’s the swamp Trump wants to drain. It must be done and it can’t be done from outside. The formation of new parties with their petty individual demands, would turn America into a squabbling cacophony of incompetent, third rate politicians, a mirror image example of the socialist European Union, especially Germany.
Conservative Americans want a return of their personal liberty and respect for their individual achievements. The GOP is not giving it, but Trump is. He has identified several issues that will restore those lost liberties: eliminating Obama’s regulatory state, cutting taxes, creating jobs, enforcing immigration laws, and attempting to fix the Republican healthcare fiasco. Trump is trying to reshape policy in these areas, as Americans want. Apparently the GOP won’t help but insist that they, acting as our ruling class, are too important to be removed.
Trump’s success will positively impact America for generations to come. Can there be a constitutional renewal in America? Not if our betters have anything to say about it. It’s time to replace them. We can start by re registering as Independents. Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em! (25Sep17)
A Quickening
Opinion June 19, 2017A Quickening!
America is facing a “Quickening,” a time of renewed enthusiasm, a warming toward a stolen America in danger of being lost and gone forever. Ever since the ascendency of the marxist infested Democrat party and the corrosive role it has played in American politics by its decades long hegemony over laws and policy, accelerated under the Presidency of Barack Obama, Americans have suffered a long period of lethargy when anything the socialist wanted they got, all in the name of being fair, the Constitution and the rule of law be damned.
Major political changes throughout the world are altering the dynamics of our own political discourse, realigning who will be our friends and foes and causing us to realize the common thread of most all governments, including our own, is that corruption is the new norm.
This important realization, that our own American government is riddled with corruption, as exemplified by the establishment elites who do not want to give up to the will of Americans, show that while voter loyalties are indeed changing, that entrenched criminality has its own limited shelf-life. It’s all coming apart, like Humpty-Dumpty and they can’t put it back together again. We, the citizens must do it. Hence, the election of Donald Trump.
Trump is as much a Republican as Bernie Sanders is a Democrat. Sanders hitched his star to an organization, the DNC, so corrupt, it wouldn’t even give him a fair chance at winning. Trump, on the other hand, with his populist message, “Drain the Swamp,” swept all the Republican elites away, then destroyed the Democrats. We are surely entering a “Quickening!”
That very fact reveals a lot about how much our political values have changed and how Americans are learning to separate truths from lies. It is a growing cadre of alarmed conservative activists (Tea Party) who are getting involved in the political process at the local levels while the disoriented and unconsolable minions of Socialism gathered together in the streets, clad in hoodies and face masks, intent on destroying anything and anybody who stands in their way and disagrees with them.
The media insists on polling voters in the vain hope Americans are disgusted with Donald Trump as they want us to see him. They are shocked to realize we are not so inclined, so they create false stories, legitimize lies and glorify innuendos as half-truths by breathlessly reporting on created issues sworn to by corrupt bureaucrats, the sole purpose of which is to stop Trump’s destruction of their corrupt empire by actually draining the swamp.
The attempted assassination of Republican Congressman, Steve Scalise, House majority whip by a well armed hater intent on killing Republicans, is a step in the direction I have warned about in numerous of theses timely essays, from protests to gunfire. Politics is getting nasty. The deranged Left is capable of murdering their opponents, like the Bolsheviks of old did, as today’s incident suggests. Consider the list of dead people in the wake of the Clintons for example. Throw in the dangers facing us from the embedded Islamic Jihadists elements in our society and once placid Americans will start figuring out they are the real targets, arm themselves and fight back. It’s a “Quickening” we’re in. Don’t doubt it.
America’s is only a shot away from a new civil war. Has that first shot now been taken? Maybe, if not, it’s getting closer and closer. Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way.
Now, go get ‘em!
Karen Handel Welcomes Trump to Campaign with Her in the 6th District
Politics April 24, 2017
(R) Karen Handel seems to be doing exactly what is necessary to get out the Republican vote in the 6th district. (D) Jon Ossoff has to spend the next two months convincing the Democrats just to go back to the polls. On the other hand Handel has to get every registered Republican vote she can; regardless of who they voted for last week or in the Presidential primary election. Within the next two months it won’t be hard to bump into a well known Republican in the 6th district. Handel has received endorsements from almost every single Republican. From her one time rival Governor Nathan Deal to what some consider controversial President Donald Trump.
BKP questioned last week what Karen Handel would do concerning Donald Trump voters. Would she embrace President Trump during her campaign or listen to the media and turn down the possibility to campaign with The President?
During an interview on CNN, Handel shared her conversation with The President stating “He just called to say congrats and encourage me and let me know as we go into June 20, it’s all hands on deck for Republicans.” When asked if she thought Mr. Trump might come down and campaign with her, Handel responded, “I would hope so,” adding, “I don’t think this is about any one person.”
The 6th Congressional district race could set the tone for the 2018 midterms. For Republicans the 6th district will look like a real “who’s who.” But who will the Democrats send to help Jon Ossoff in this important race; Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, or maybe even Maxine Waters.

ICYMI: Collins Discusses Abedin Email Revelation with Fox News
WASHINGTON—Rep. Doug Collins (R-Ga.) joined Fox News today to unpack the latest developments surrounding the Russia investigation and the revelation that Secretary Clinton’s Deputy Chief of Staff, Huma Abedin, shared classified information over a private email account.
On whether any evidence shows collusion in the Russia investigation:
“I think what we’ve seen is none at this point. . . . Let the investigation go. If somebody did something wrong, we’ve always said those should be held accountable.”
“The frustration here is ‘What are we actually going for?’ The president has got an agenda to move American forward . . . we need to focus on what really matters, and, look, Democrats are just simply playing politics with this issue again.”
“Let’s see where the facts lead. This is something that’s been investigated. It’s being investigated—not only through the Mueller investigation, if there’s a Russian connection—but it’s also being investigated on Capitol Hill, both in the Senate and in the House.”
On the revelation that Huma Abedin shared State Department information over a private e-mail account:
“Democrats can say it’s partisan, but I’m just simply saying, ‘What is the law?’ and you can’t be in a position that Hillary Clinton was in or Huma Abedin was in and actually be in a position to say, ‘Oops, I just didn’t know—Oops, it was careless.’ No, it was gross negligence.”

Political Correctness is Devouring Britain
The headline: “It Is Possible The Motive Of The Latest London Subway Bombing May Never Be Known.” This after the bombing attempt aboard a London commuter train last week that injured twenty-nine riders. It’s a stupid comment and reflects an exercise in official denial. Of course we know the motive for the attack. It’s another attempt by Islamic Jihadists, to propagate the faith through fear. The attackers, now in custody, have simply followed the demands written in the Koran (Qur’an) by a camel jockey named Mohammed, who fancied himself a ‘prophet’ of God and who would gladly cut your head off if you disagreed with him. Now, his followers will gladly do it for him. Good ol’’ “Mo” used a sword. This current lot have planes, cars and bombs.
The muslim mayor of London, responding to a Trump Tweet on the subject Tweeted: “Trumps ignorant view of Islam could make both our countries less safe. It risks alienating mainstream muslims. London has proved him (Trump) wrong.” Everything here is denial. The London Police know exactly what the motive is but political correctness is preventing them from saving the UK from the barbaric ravages of the followers of this 7th Century inbred. The Mayor mentioned risking alienating muslims…well, no, I don’t think so. To be alienated, one must have wanted to assimilate with his new culture, not come ready to destroy it. They are already alienated by the Koran they read. There can be no moderate muslims, only inactive ones waiting to be activated.
For some reason the British government has cast off any pretense of preserving democracy, British law and culture. Even their famous dedication to free speech is in peril, all to rush headlong into Islamic appeasement in fear of having their own heads cut off. Is it a guilt trip from decades of colonialism that demands British officials invite the desert denizens of Islam and Shariah law, to their “Scepter’d Isle”, the uncivilized third world creatures with barbaric concepts, wanting to establish a ”Caliphate,” by fear or force if necessary, in the home country?
An overabundance of third world inbreds, lacking any of the modern social refinements gifted to them by a Colonial Britain, have come here to replace British culture and law’s, and rewrite Britain’s contribution to western civilization. They accomplish this by demanding acceptance through fear, of their ignorant and base barbaric laws that are polar opposites to British culture.
Colonialism, its negative effects aside, still improved these people’s lives and left them far better off than they ever were under the Ottoman Turks, waring princelings, religious war lords and local tribal despots. Britain brought order, stability and even the rule of law to Asia and Africa, and it has all been rejected for barbarism.
Free speech in Great Britain is now being criminalized. Leftists are saying that free speech (by native Britain’s) is promoting extreme stress and discomfort among immigrants, a negative trait that should be controlled. A Leftist Canadian professor of psychology, Lisa Feldman Barrett claims: If words can cause stress, and if prolonged stress can cause physical harm, then it seems that speech — at least certain types of speech (anti-Islamic) — can be forced out of the public discourse. The Left takes her at her word and the cry of “Islamaphobe, racist and hater” quickly drives the offender into the arms of the law.
The London Mayor, is an Islamic and naturally defensive of gains Islam has made in Great Britain. Those gains are protected by a bodyguard of lies, employing even non muslims, i.e.: politicians, courts and policemen to force general compliance to Islam’s dictates. The British had best comply with the subjugation now under way of face jail. It’s as simple as that.

Lawmakers Return to the Capitol on Georgia Healthcare Issues
Featured, News February 6, 2017
ATLANTA — Lawmakers began talks about the ongoing opioid crisis this week at the Georgia Capitol as lawmakers passed the quarter mark of the 40-day working session.
Here’s a look at some of the major activity, major goals in proposed legislation and what’s coming up when lawmakers return to the Capitol on Tuesday:
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE WEEK
The state Senate approved bills Thursday extending a tax on hospitals that allows the state to draw $600 million in federal support for the Medicaid program and allow craft breweries to sell beer for the first time. The measures now go to the House, where there is broad support for both proposals.
Two contentious bills from Rep. Earl Ehrhart, R-Marietta, received initial approval from House panels. Ehrhart wants to ban state funding for research and scholarships to private colleges that don’t cooperate with federal immigration authorities. No schools in the state have announced plans to adopt the unofficial “sanctuary campus” label. He’s also proposed limiting colleges’ investigation of sexual violence, instead requiring employees to pass information to law enforcement agencies. Organizations that support victims of sexual assault oppose the measure.
Legislation aimed at chronically low-performing schools is still in the works after voters rejected Gov. Nathan Deal’s proposed constitutional amendment allowing the state to take over such schools. Rep. Kevin Tanner, R-Dawsonville, said this week that House Republicans have met with staff for Deal and Lt. Gov. Casey Cagle about the bill and hope to introduce it soon.
OPIOID ADDICTION RESPONSE
Georgia is not exempt from the opioid drugs crisis sweeping the nation. Legislators are taking aim at the epidemic through a series of bills that target both the users and providers of the addictive drugs.
Sen. Renee Unterman, R-Buford, is sponsoring a bill that expands the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program, which aims to prevent doctor hopping and weed out physicians who are overprescribing. The bill also makes permanent an emergency order issued by Gov. Nathan Deal last year that legalized over-the-counter sale of the overdose reversal drug naloxone.
Two other bills address the rising rate of fentanyl abuse.
The synthetic opioid is relatively easy to manufacture and can have various chemical structures. Lawmakers want to add new language to existing laws to help law enforcement and prosecutors keep up with the various versions of fentanyl.
Sen. Jeff Mullis, R-Chickamauga, introduced a bill that would regulate the 70 methadone clinics already operating in the state. According to federal records, Georgia has more of these clinics than any other state in the south including neighbor ing Florida, which has twice the population.
EDUCATION TAX CREDITS AND VOUCHERS
Republicans in both chambers want to boost the total amount of tax credits to people donating to nonprofit scholarship providers. The money gets passed on to students at private schools.
The Georgia Supreme Court heard arguments in a lawsuit challenging the program. Attorneys for the plaintiffs argue that the program allows tax dollars to be used for private religious schools. The court hasn’t ruled yet.
Rep. John Carson, R-Marietta, wants to lift the $58 million statewide cap on the credits to $180 million by 2022, with gradual increases each year before that. Another proposal from Rep. Sam Teasley, R-Marietta, raises the cap to $150 million starting in 2018, with annual increases of $7.5 million.
A bill from Sen. Hunter Hill, R-Atlanta, would require the state to contribute to an untaxed account for students attending private schools to use for tuition at qualified private schools, online programs and other education costs.
The amount is roughly equal to per student spending through the state’s complex funding formula. Teacher organizations and education groups have opposed similar voucher programs in the past.
MEDICAL MARIJUANA
Both the House and Senate are seeking changes to a state law that allows people with certain diseases to possess cannabis oil. They just don’t agree on the details.
Lawmakers in 2015 passed a bill that legalized the possession of medical cannabis to people with certain medical conditions.
But Georgia law doesn’t allow production of the oil, and patients complained that getting it from other states is both expensive and risky.
Rep. Allen Peake, R-Macon, hopes to expand the list of qualifying conditions for patients to legally access medical cannabis.
Peake’s bill would include post-traumatic stress disorder, AIDS, HIV, chronic pain, and autism and would also remove some restrictions on patients with cancer, multiple sclerosis, and Lou Gehrig’s disease.
State Senate members are pushing to reduce the level of THC permissible in cannabis oil from 5 percent to 3 percent.
ON THE AGENDA
Lawmakers return to the Capitol on Tuesday. Votes include a bill requiring fire departments to provide a supplemental insurance policy to cover fire fighters diagnosed with specific types of cancer.
House hearings on the governor’s proposed $49.3 billion budget for the coming fiscal year ramp up starting Monday, while the state Senate focuses on an additional $600 million proposed for this year’s spending plan including $5 million for south Georgia communities hit hard by tornadoes in January.
The House approved that plan last month.

Bush Finally Speaks
Opinion October 23, 2017
Bush Finally Speaks
What did it take for former President George W. Bush to finally come out of his burrow and make a public declaration against a sitting President? No no, not against the eight years of Obama’s disastrous attempt to socialize America, or demeaning Bush’s own presidency, but against conservative Donald Trump who is intent on rescuing America from the bleak future of collectivism of the type we now see unfolding in Venezuela, and have seen in Cuba and Zimbabwe where the Political swamp dwellers in Wash. DC, were taking us.
Bush stands as a sterling example of what’s wrong with the GOP. America has moved on and the leadership has ignored that fact. Donald Trump hasn’t! Trump is a fighter and the GOP leadership isn’t. They don’t know how. Bipartisanship is a death wish and since Trump’s election, the “collectivists” of all parties, have gone nuts. In this first year so far, Trump has accomplished more to rescue America from the evils of Obama’s socialism than have decades of political ‘go along to get along’ policies with their silly ‘hands across the aisle’ and political camaraderie nonsense between looters. American’s are sick of it and that’s why we now have Donald Trump.
Bush came out to protect his “Compassionate Conservatism” brand of Americanism that happily embraced the Socialist enemy, the Democrats, as bipartisan co-equals in promoting Americas health and happiness. The Establishment Republicans, for decades, have missed the whole point of the cunning scheme the Democrats have employees to “fundamentally change America.” They’re still confused as John McCain so clearly demonstrates.
The Democrats, employing Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals as their battle plan, have set Americas political agenda almost since the candidacy of George McGovern in 1972. They have plotted against American conservative values with tactics of political correctness, diversity, multiculturalism, racism, remorse and lies while the Establishment GOP’ers have totally failed to realize the serious damage their bipartisanship was doing to America.
Ultimately, content with second place by enjoying the scraps of political comradeship allotted to them by the Democrats, they finally achieved total power with promises unkept, promises never intended to be kept, totally unprepared to govern, and demonstrably incapable of doing so now that they do have both houses of Congress. They have been left reeling in horror when a fighting President finally puts their feet to the fire and forces them to make Constitutional decisions contrary to their usual norms of capitulation to Democrats.
The Democrats have all but destroyed themselves. They are in disarray across the entire country and divided in even knowing which direction to take their party: to the middle or further left. The Democrats still in Congress are incapable of doing anything other than obstruct and delay and the Republicans let ‘em get away with it. Republican leadership, or whatever it’s called, simply doesn’t have the killer instinct to drive a stake into the heart of the vampire Socialist Democrat party, even prostate as they are. They still speak of bipartisanship.
Reading the text of Bush’s speech, I just imagined it was spoken by Bill Clinton. There was nothing said that Clinton or even Barack Obama wouldn’t have said which explains why Bush’s presidency was a failure. Even Nancy Pelosi, despite reports of her oncoming dementia, still insists on impeaching Donald W. Bush. The Republicans don’t recognize they are in a fight for America’s soul. The fraternity club they have co-existed in is rapidly coming to an end so, they can dry off Bush and send him back to his burrow. He’s not needed anymore. Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em!. (20Oct17).
Republicans Never Learn – (D) Jon Ossoff Almost Flipped the GA 6th District
Politics April 19, 2017
Will (R) Karen Handel embrace or distance herself from President Donald Trump? Will Trump voters come out and vote for Karen Handel? How hard will Dan Moody, Judson Hill, and Bob Gray work to convince their voters to vote for Karen Handel? If Fulton County is the Republican stronghold of the district then why did Ossoff get 41,269 votes? Ossoff received almost as many votes in Fulton County as Gray, Handel and Moody combined. Donald Trump is President of the United States because he did not used the “Republican Playbook.” By using the playbook the Republicans almost lost the 6th district. When will Republicans learn to throw the playbook out the window – Trump style?
Dent Retirement a Sign of Trump Wave in ‘18?
Politics, State & National September 12, 2017
Amidst all the talk among Democrats and the Media that the Trump election and presidency is a one off that will soon be remedied by a Democrat wave — there is actually evidence to suggest that just the opposite will ring true in 2018. For example, look at upstart Pennsylvania Congressional candidate Justin Simmons, who is running to be the GOP nominee in the 15th District. Simmons, 31, currently represents PA State House District 131 and was planning to mount a Conservative challenge to seven term incumbent Rep. Charlie Dent in the Spring 2018 Primary. That was until Dent abruptly announced his retirement, opening the door for 35 year old Ryan Mackenzie to enter the now open race, a race that could prove to be a battle between conflicting wings of the Republican Party.
Simmons recently called in to FYNTV’s Good Morning from the Office for an exclusive interview regarding his initial decision to run, the surprise of Dent’s retirement, and the differences between himself and Mackenzie.
Simmons made it clear from the beginning that his motivation to run was the dissatisfaction among Conservatives in the 15th District with Dent, as evidenced by the recent rally in protest of the seven term Congressman. According to Simmons, “just his voting record alone is bad enough… then going on MSNBC, CNN, The Washington Post, and The New York Times… being the go to Republican to rip Donald Trump and Conservatives,” had angered voters in the district won by both Donald Trump and Charlie Dent. However, Dent had spoken out aggressively against Trump during the campaign, refusing to endorse him and frequently criticizing him after his inauguration.
“I was never fully on board with Charlie, I always knew he was pro-choice and supported taxpayer funded abortion… but he was fiscally Conservative at first,” said Simmons, adding “as time went on he just got more Liberal.”
The news of Dent’s sudden announcement to retire was a surprise to the Simmons team, although he insists they were “ecstatic” and this it was a “victory” because it creates a chance to elect a Conservative representative. However, it has created a brand new dynamic with the entry of Mackenzie, setting up a race described by The Morning Call as a “Hatfield’s and McCoy’s race” between what they described as two longtime rivals. Although Simmons dismissed the “Hatfield’s and McCoy’s” comparison he did elaborate on what he sees as the differences between him and the only other declared candidate.
Ryan and I have worked together on a lot of good issues. The difference between Ryan and I, is Ryan is establishment and I am not. I got my foray into politics by taking on a Liberal Republican, I took on the party and I took on the establishment. Ryan Mackenzie, he came into politics, his Dad was the former chair of the party, he was very connected. When he first ran for State House in the 134th District… there was a special election and the party hierarchy greased the skids for Ryan, they cleared the field in the special election for him, he hasn’t had an opponent since.
Simmons also described Mackenzie as Charlie Dent’s hand picked successor, which means he will be the beneficiary of the PA GOP fundraising network. However, Simmons described it as a negative because it means Mackenzie would be beholden to the moderate Republican structure of the state party and not the Trump Coalition that delivered PA to a Republican presidential candidate for the first time in a generation.
This race will be one of many that pits establishment Republicans against the new, Trump Republicans. In his recent interview with 60 Minutes, former White House strategist Steve Bannon made clear his intentions to target establishment Republicans in the 2018 Primary races. This has already manifested itself in races like the special election for Senate in Alabama, where incumbent Sen. Luther Strange was leading in polling until Bannon endorsed his opponent, former Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court Roy Moore.
What’s more, the race in Pennsylvania will pit two millennial candidates, Mackenzie is 35 and Simmons is 31.
