I have often stated it was my firm belief that any 2018 mid-term election challenge by Democrats would be a zero sum game for them. They have no message, no candidates worthy of spit and an elderly leadership that simply will not let go the reins of party power.
After their Ga. 6th disaster, in financial losses alone, the Democrats, near bankruptcy, are casting about for any sellable candidates to challenge Republican incumbents. They may have found a good one in Kentucky. A very potent political ad is now running there pushing a new Democrat contender for Ky’s 6th District, currently held by Republican Rep., Andy Barr.
She is Amy McGrath and comes with great credentials. She is a newly retired officer of the US Marine (LTC), a fighter pilot who proudly flew the Marine version of the F-18 fighter jet, in combat even and, carrier qualified. Wow! I’m impressed if only by her military part alone.
As a civilian, in any public campaign event where Amy would present herself and I could ask a couple of questions, my first question, after praising her military career, would be: “Do you believe in and support the Constitution of the United Stated?” Naturally, I envision her response would be “yes, completely!” My second question would then be: “Then why are you running as a Democrat?” It may be she doesn’t really know the awful truth about the Democrat Party and, if she did, then that would stand as a dim mark against her.
There must be a logical answer somewhere for that question. Tradition tells us that one simply cannot be a patriot from the warrior class and a Democrat at the same time. It’s like trying to mix Islam and Democracy, oil and water or axel grease and sand, and hope the new concept works.
Amy would be a great candidate as a Republican, just on her military history alone. In her ad, she did not opine on Trump’s no transgenders in the armed forces tweet. Her response might explain why she prefers the Democrat party to be her vehicle to political nirvana. Perhaps!
Right now, Amy’s challenge is really an exercise in local politics (Ky), so we probably won’t hear much about her unless she actually wins in 2018 and becomes a real Congresswoman. All eyes, for a while at least, would be focused on her for her leadership qualities and as a potential VP or, some day, maybe the first woman President.
The Democrats are in desperate need for candidates. If they do get more young ones, will they be brainwashed products that the disastrous liberal colleges and universities are turning out? For those types, their only political experience lies either in their positions in student body government, in the streets leading riots against authority, or campaigning for Bernie Sanders.
The Democrats are desperately seeking younger candidates, real warriors if possible, like Amy McGrath, to fill the now vacant ranks of potential challengers to help restore the Democrat grand Plan to Make America Crappy Again. The Republicans, on the other hand, feel because Trump is not one of them, they have some justified right to thwart his attempts to restore American sovereignty and the rule of law. What a wonderful opportunity for the Tea Party to clean house.
Except by the vote, these politicians have no intrinsic rights to hold office, except they be Americans. The Republican elites are fast ruining their chance to even keep what they got. It is really time for a change. Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em!

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator David Perdue (R-GA), a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, spoke with Alisyn Camerota on CNN’s New Day about the recent tragedy in Sutherland Springs, Texas, and President Trump’s trip to Asia aimed at strengthening partnerships with these countries to denuclearize North Korea.
Answers From Air Force: “Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families in Texas, like they did in Nevada and earlier events. We want some answers. I agree with Senator McCain. We ought to find out what happened in the Air Force and why this information was not fed into the database. There are things we need to know and learn from.”
Non-Kinetic Solutions: “First of all this is a President engaging with the rest of the world after eight years of disengagement. He has developed a consensus of support on North Korea and opening doors for a non-kinetic solution. We have to find a way to get through here.”
Direct Talks With North Korea: “President Trump has intimated both publicly and privately that this would be in the cards. I’m convinced, though, that this is in the best interest of China and the United States to get together and find a common solution. I’m also excited that President Trump is intimating that he wants to talk to President Putin about this as well. Russia plays a major part in this.”

We’ve been saying for months the the strategy from the Trump/Bannon team would be to take down establishment Republicans. As you’re all well aware, the Democrats have several vulnerable candidates. But, what good does it do to replace them with establishment Republicans? Let’s look at the case of Joe Manchin.
People in West Virginia love Joe Manchin, the last popular Democrat governor. Yet, things have changed there, and our sources tell us that Republicans have even tried to flip Joe Manchin to the Republican side. Yet, he refuses to do so because he is a lifelong Democrat.
BKP can relate, his grandparents in West Virginia were hardcore Democrats. They never had nice things to say about Republicans and when his Dad became a Republican it didn’t go over well. Eventually though, his Grandmother left the Dems. When asked why she switched, she said “because my kids became Republicans.” But, she was scared to admit it to people. This is a microcosm of how the Manchin family has DEEP, DEEP Democrat roots in West Virginia for multiple generations.

Well that helps to explain the losses Democrats have suffered in places like West Virginia. And, although the media and Democrats are doing their best to slowly pick off the Trump cabinet, it isn’t going to work. It won’t work because Trump is playing chess while they’re playing checkers. Trump is sticking to his agenda.
Just look at Scott Pruitt, who is rolling back the EPA rules from the Obama Era. The Left and Liberals are beside themselves claiming it pushes the Federal Government further away from combating Global Warming. Trump is doing what he can himself to keep his campaign promises. However, when it comes to Congress his “pen is dry.” Anything that requires action from Congress cannot get done because the Republicans in Congress have failed. So why should we choose a Democrat turned Republican like Evan Jenkins?
Don’t panic: It’s not like the voters are going to suddenly vote in Democrats. Everyone who tries to run on “not voting for tax cuts, better insurance, etc. because Trump sent a tweet and it made me mad,” will lose badly. Just like we said before, Bannon left just in time to run Primary Opponents against every Republican (save Ted Cruz). Bannon and Trump know that it is going to take a long time before they can truly “drain the swamp.”

What has Hollywood Done Now?
Well, well, well, In yet another staged gala event awarding themselves statues and recognitions, The Golden Orbs awards ceremony, filled with Hollywood’s beautiful people dressed in black to make a visual statement about something that irks them, joined together with unbridled enthusiasm to proclaim their new messiah, Oprah Winfrey as their 2020 Presidential choice.
That won’t go well with the Democrats who still have their usual suspects, the elderly Joe Biden, Chuckie Schumer, Barry Sanders, the Indian maiden, Liz Warren, and dementia challenged Nancy Pelosi, hanging around their necks like albatrosses or hangman nooses. No, Oprah is good for preaching the Progressive line, expressing costly empathy for the poor and downtrodden, the illegals and homeless and those living in the shadows, but not as president. That simply won’t do! One presidential disaster is enough to overcome.
Admittedly, Oprah made a wonderfully stirring speech against something or other, the powerlessness of women one supposes, that could be classified right up there with Obama’s speech to the Democratic Party Convention in Chicago a few years ago. That speech, like Oprah’s, quickly brought Obama instant political recognition and then the presidency a few years later which he promptly set about “changing.” Obama was a fascist. Oprah is a products salesman.
For 2020, the elephant in the room is the sitting President, Donald Trump. He is getting things done by setting America back on it constitutional tracks, while being the constant object of left wing media derision, fake news attacks designed to undermine his administration, and personal attacks against his family, his associates and his administration. Oh, hell, attacks against anything Conservative and everything Trump.
The need to make comparisons cannot be ignored. Both Trump and Oprah are very wealthy in their own rights and that recommends them for good business sense. Trumps skills lie in recognizing where money can be made, not out of wacky ideas or from printing presses, but of seeing potential in community growth, offering people what they want and buying property to build structures that will accomplish those goals. He spreads the wealth. So does Oprah, but on a commercial scale of product identification and salesmanship. She’s very good at it.
Other skills Trump enjoys is the ability to successfully negotiate with people, to make them happy with the deal, as well as making his investors happy. That’s called Capitalism and the fall out for it is increased employment for the communities he builds in and taxes for government.
Oprah is wealthy because she knows how to sell products, save her money and spread wealth and happiness to the people she employees and the people she hocks her products to. Not too shabby, and another great example of Capitalism at work. Both are hard workers and it shows,
But Trump also saw how quickly a rogue government can steal a populations economic vitality by ignoring the rules of economics (socialism) through onerous rules and regulations. He sought to correct it by running for President with the expressed purpose of making America great again. The people bought it and he is doing exactly what he promised he would do, like Jesus kicking the money changers out of the temple. 2020 is three years away. Can Hollywood really sell us Oprah? Can she do what Trump has done? That remains to be seen, but don’t bet on it.
