WHITE COUNTY, Ga. – planned warrant service operation by the White County Sheriff’s Office led to two arrests on November 20, 2025, including one individual found with a significant amount of methamphetamine, according to investigators.
Deputies and investigators received information that Dustin Shane Turner, 37, of Sautee, had an active felony warrant for violating probation. Officials organized an operation to take him into custody, and Turner was arrested when he arrived at the location.
During the arrest, investigators also made contact with a second individual, Jonathan Luke Norton, 37, of Alto. According to the sheriff’s office, Norton was found in possession of approximately 34 grams of methamphetamine.
Norton was charged with:
•Trafficking Methamphetamine
•Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute
•Possession of Drug-Related Objects
•Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance
