Wall Street Journal Writer, Kimberley Strassel, Says we are “Divorced from Reality”

All of the major media networks spent their time on air this weekend talking negatively about President Donald Trump as usual. Most discussed the accusations of Kushner and Trump setting up a back channel for discussions with Russia. However on NBC’s Meet The Press, guest Kimberley Strassel, gave them a little more than they bargained for. In this segment we show two versions of the clip of her interview. Strassel states that “I think we are having a discussion that is absolutely divorced from reality this week. It is astonishing.” She brings up that candidate Obama had set up a back channel with the Iranians. In one video clip you can hear that the network edited out Obama’s name, but in the second clip it is clear. She may not be welcome back on NBC’s Meet the Press, but at least she knew the facts and wasn’t afraid to call it like she sees it.
