MURRAY COUNTY, Ga. — Two people were arrested and more than a pound of methamphetamine was seized following a recent narcotics investigation in Murray County, according to the Murray County Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s Office announced the arrests on social media last week, identifying the suspects as Brandon Headrick and Cassandra Kinser, both of Murray County.
Authorities said approximately 19 ounces, or about 1.25 pounds, of methamphetamine was seized during the investigation.
Headrick and Kinser were each charged with trafficking methamphetamine.
The Murray County Sheriff’s Office did not provide additional details regarding the circumstances leading to the arrests or when the investigation began.
The agency thanked the Georgia Department of Community Supervision for assisting with the investigation.
