A U.S. Circuit Court judge recently announced that he gives no consideration to the actual Constitution, and other judges should follow his example. Seventh Circuit Court Judge Richard Posner, in an op. ed, stated plainly: “I see absolutely no value to a judge of spending decades, years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes, or seconds studying the Constitution, the history of its enactment, its amendments, and its implementation.” He continued: “The original Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the post-Civil War amendments… do not speak to today.”

Think we might have a problem here? If the leftist judges and Deans of law schools were honest, they would agree with Posner and the view of a “living” Constitution which allows these enlightened elites to invent whatever meaning for our Constitution that fits their cultural proclivity, would already be a fact. They’re trying!

The evils affecting America lies deeply within the Marxist dominated Democrat Party. The tawdry Congressional Democrats reaction to the Islamic murders in Orlando, Fl., as revealed on the House floor after the dust had settled, was organized specifically to demand some form of repeal of the 2nd Amendment. We saw adults throwing tantrums reminiscent of tired little children not getting their naps in the afternoon before their cookies and milk.

The Democrats purposefully chose to ignore the dangers of barbaric Islam’s continuing violent attacks on Americans, as anything but the odd disaffected immigrant unhappy because uncaring Americans are not giving them their respectful due, while ignoring the murderous attacks still going on elsewhere in the world in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Brussels and Paris.

This whole business of Hillary Clintons escape from justice was nothing more than an Obama scheme to get the issue off the table before the election. They know citizens have short memories, even if most of them don’t even had a clue in the first place. I was not surprised by the decision. I have already said the fix was in and she was never going to be prosecuted became once it was clear that Uncle “Joe” wouldn’t run, Obama had to make sure Hillary has a clear path to the job. It’s his legacy in jeopardy and he can’t have that. It also appeared that
the decision not to prosecute was even known in advance by the MSM. Andrea Mitchell knew it because she talked about the Hillary’s Air Force One campaign for nearly a week before.

Poor ol’ James Comey may have been the only one not in on the fix. You can bet when he told AG Lynch he indeed had the goods on Clinton, Lynch advise him that “She’s already been pardoned.” Well, of course, “no reasonable prosecutor” would bring charges against someone who’s already been issued a presidential pardon. Hope and Change. How’s it going for us?

Listening to the insipid comments by Democrats on the Trey Gowdy hearing panel today make their usual fawning statements about Hillary’s purity simply confirms that democrats do not see any corruption by other democrats. They continue to insist that all of this ‘tax-payer funded’ political theater of ‘unproven’ facts in the Right-Wingers case against Hillary, was only further evidence that the whole exercise was a Republican witch hunt. Go figure!

Hillary’s intent has always been to deceive. This is precisely why our nation is collapsing upon its foundation, and why we must rediscover our true birthright before it’s too late!

In light of Donald Trump’s decisive win in Indiana and Ted Cruz’s inevitable decision to abandon the chase, it only remains for the remnants of the GOP, if they wish to remain a political party of any significance, to rally around Trumps flag and ride the wild wind wherever it may blow them. It is time for the GOP to reap the bitter weed for the failure over the past twenty years to pursue conservative politics. Conservatism is not dead, it was simply allowed to rot away in the hands of political grifters bent on their own enrichment and power.

As for John Kasich, organize a search party to find his remains and bury him somewhere in a lonely boot hill for obstructive politicians where he should remain lost but not entirely forgotten, a pitiful example of ego driven self-delusion even in the face of weekly rejection. Such should be the price to be paid for his unsustainable beliefs in his own exceptionalism. When the numbers don’t add up, either find a new accountant or find a new job. But, he’s like a bad penny.

John Kasich is a numbers cruncher and he’s very good at it apparently. If he is not actually buried in a boot hill, then resurrect him and make him Secretary of the Treasury or director of the IRS. That’s where a number cruncher of his calibre could best serve. As a final comment on brother Kasich, I note the press continuously referred hm as the third place contestant even though he had less than 200 delegates on his score card. Actually, Kasich was forth place because little Marco still has more delegates and he dropped out weeks ago. Just saying!

Ted Cruz is a remarkably engineered human being, totally dedicated to the American philosophy, its constitutional values and its God given promise for a nation unique in the annals of history. Even though he comes to us as a Canadian born Cuban with an American mother (making him quite eligible of course), he is possessed of high intelligence, vast communication, debating and speaking skills, accompanied by a thick resume of constitutional, and legal accomplishment making him the most suitable replacement for Antonin Scalia or, for any job in government to which he may aspire, even President someday. But mostly, the Supreme Court beckons as his calling, a venue where he is no stranger and is far more qualified than Kagen or Sotomayor.

So, the hoopla of this nomination circus is about over. It only remains to stage the big show in Cleveland and be done with it. A few more states still have their primaries of course, and breathless media commentators will expound for awhile on VP choices and saving the GOP, but at the moment there remains still, only one presumptive candidate.

We must now turn our attention to the lesser elections, those of the US Senate, House, and local jobs to be filled, hopefully, by conservatives. In 2014, we gave the Senate to the Republicans. They immediately enshrined a nincompoop as their leader based, not upon quality, fight, determination or drive, but seniority. In these perilous times, that a deliberative body would free themselves from the demands of logic and cling to outdated and archaic modes of determining a leader, simply defies reason.

It remains for us, the conservatives out here, to separate the wheat from the chaff, to commence the painful job of removing failed politicians and replace them with real conservative warrior-politicians who are of the caliber of Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, and Tom Cotton. We the people must now take charge of the selection process because it is the American people who elevated Trump, not the party. They just didn’t get it. It’s a bitter weed they must now swallow. Gary Johnson, former governor of New Mexico and Libertarian presidential candidate opined on CNN Sunday morning that he did not think Hillary Clinton was in any legal jeopardy with her unauthorized use of a private email server while she was secretary of state. “I don’t think there’s been criminal intent on Hillary Clinton’s part, so I don’t see an indictment,” he said. “I’m not a stone thrower when it comes to Hillary Clinton and her emails and her server,” Johnson added. Did Mr. Johnson know something we didn’t? Obama said the same thing a few weeks earlier.

In response to Mr. Johnsons opinion, my natural reply would be to say: Of course it was willful; of course it was deliberate and more importantly, of course it was criminal. The sad part is that Hillary Clinton, now firmly believes that she can get around all those tawdry little rules designed to keep us “sheep” in line, but not her because she is simply too precious to be jailed and too important to be hindered. It’s her turn so get the hell out of the way or get run over.

Immediately our Independence Day celebrations were over we were advised, in no uncertain terms, that the rule of law in America had ended, based as it was on an archaic relic designed by old European white men, no longer applicable to todays progressive government. Our Constitution, they say, is out of step with modern reality and must be updated to reflect the newer, more enlightened achievements their Progressive society requires to exist.

I had long assumed that the law mattered and that rules applied to everyone. I thought laws would be enforced equally until repealed. I accepted that the US Constitution, the foundation of all our laws, was infallible and guaranteed the law would be respected even if disliked. After FBI Director Comey’s press release yesterday, I now realize how absolutely wrong I have been.

That’s not our country today. An important part of how our justice system works is the presentation of the facts to a Grand Jury. FBI Director Comey omitted telling us this fact. At what point did Director Comey and Loretta Lynch, both unelected bureaucrats, decide not to consider a Grand Jury for Hillary Clinton? Intent, willfulness, mishandling, are all important facts for only a Grand Jury to decide, not the Director of the FBI or the US Attorney General. That’s how our system works, or should. That action alone has shredded any trust Americans retained for the DOJ.

In light of the FBI’s stunning decision to allow the criminal, Hillary Clinton, to proceed on her path to the Presidency, why should we any longer feel compelled to respect these people? Do we owe them any loyalty? And, more importantly, are they owed our obedience?

They will now expect us to get in line and obey. Our new masters will continue to rob us of our earnings, swamp us with barbarians from the hot sands of the middle east and set a ruthless course of rending the fabric of America’s greatness and replace the Constitution with the pitiless scripts developed by13th century sex addicted pedophiles.

Why should the law matter if it no longer applies to everybody? Why are despotic leaders like Obama, Hillary and Bill Clinton, criminals all, exculpated from their felonies, and not impeded in their quest for American royalty? When will it end? Soon enough I believe. Trump is the answer!

It is time to resist. It is time for everyone to complain. It is time to disturb the countenance of ineffective politicians, demand their votes for principles or demand their resignations. Remember, freedom is the goal, thew Constitution is the way. Now, go get ’em! (6 July 2016)

This years annual Washington’s Correspondence Dinner, Obama’s last try as a stand up comedian, disintegrated into a tawdry example of second class citizens laughing at uncouth third class jokes by an almost unknown negro comedian who, because he was a negro and on the cast of Saturday Night Live, assumed he could freely use trash talk, including the “N” word to describe America’s first half black president, without repercussion. We wait!

It is now a day or two later and apparently, he was correct. We see or hear of no repercussions from the liberal, far left media so can we suppose that the pendulum is swinging back, and it’s once again okay to use the “N” word. Fat chance!

This dinner was a celebration of Obama’s blackness, a tepid recognition, supposedly, of his accomplishments. Whatever he has done, will forever be cast in the light of the liberal mantra of ‘doing good and meaning well.’ One article I read said it was the start of Obama’s canonization, where he will soon become sweet Jesus, then Saint Obama. Too bad he’s not Catholic! Sad actually, because Islam has no Saints and he is no prophet! He has no where to go.

Let’s briefly examine his accomplishments: Obama touts, as his major achievements, the unenforceable and collapsing Iranian nuclear agreement. He brags about his Paris climate accord and his Asian nations trade deal (TPP). Nowhere does Obama, or his mouth pieces, make a clear case why these issues matter or how they advance our national well being.

Yet, he claim no responsibility, not even marginally, for the Libyan debacle, the Benghazi murders, Fast and Furious, the less than 3% annual GDP for eight years, the loss of America’s work force, the importation of Islamic Jihadists, or the disaster that is Obamacare. Admittedly, Osama bin Ladin’s death did occurred on his watch and somehow he has managed to get the GOP to fund all his schemes, soaring America’s debt and deficits to near bankruptcy levels.

Obama’s self image is that he is a wise, strong leader who stands courageously committed to his Progressive principles in enforcing unconstitutional domestic policies; his determination to stamp out the 2nd amendment, his regret that Americans refuse to embrace his global warming climate policies that is allegedly threatening the environment, and the desperate need that government must increase taxes on the producers and the wealthy, to fund his wild schemes.

One must certainly ask just who is this wonderful man and why isn’t he doing things for the country instead of against it? Well, it’s because Obama is clueless when it comes to governing. He practices a “let’s wait and see” policy before rendering any decision, but only after collision with his Progressive brain trust.

No president has ever demonstrated such sheer incompetence in foreign affairs. His foreign policy has been a failure involving America in campaigns it can no longer afford to fix. His indecision, both militarily and diplomatically, failed to remove Bashar Assad from Syria, (remember his “red line”) thus encouraging the genocide that followed, the involvement of Russia and Iran in that country and the total loss of US influence, with friends and allies alike.

The Egyptians managed to repair his meddling in their affairs with the violent ouster of the Muslim Brotherhood. Obama’s learned reaction: “We have determined that we don’t need to make a determination.” Maybe, but history will! Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em! How do we put the awful legacy of the past eight years of Obama behind us? How do we disengage from the imposed, stupefying social forces of top down management over our lives, and return to a proven form of successful government by the people, from the bottom up, that provides dignity in labor and wealth creation through personal sacrifice and hard work by a work ethic of self-determination like our Constitution promised?

Governments role is to protect and encourage us, not inhibit us by picking winners and losers through policies that have failed time and again throughout history, the world over. Government should not stop us, as individuals, from pursuing our dreams and goals, nor force us to pay for the wants and demands of the losers. Ted Cruz got this far.

Trump has said that American interests lie in production not ideological hopes. America’s foreign policy should be conducted in America’s interests, not in the interests of world banks or trade organizations.“America First will be the major and overriding theme of my administration.”

Trump repudiates isolationism by seeking to develop an American-focused internationalism which marks a major difference with what our governments foreign policy has been for the past couple of generations. “We will no longer surrender this country, or its people, to the false song of globalism.” Those important goals cannot be achieved while Americans retain no confidence in their country’s leadership, especially the GOP’s.

Trump said that no country ever prospered when it failed to put its own interests first.
America’s policies, especially under Obama, have been directed to trying to achieve impossible goals in foreign lands, where the denizens who live there don’t want them. Fascist Islam will always trump democracy when given the opportunity. Trump see’s this and asks why?

An “America First“ policy necessarily must look to protecting its borders. Americans are shocked that our politicians are less interested in defending our borders then those of foreign countries. To succeed, Americans must truly believe that their government is once again putting the American people first especially on the issues of trade, immigration, foreign policy, jobs, and restoring the personal incomes potentials of genuine American workers, not foreigners.

Trump has said: “we will no longer surrender this country, or its people, to the false song of globalism. That the nation-state remains the true foundation for happiness and harmony.” Trump continued he was: “skeptical of international unions that tie us up and bring America down, and (he) will never enter America into any agreement that reduces our ability to control our own affairs, and that “no American citizen will ever again feel that their needs come second to the citizens of foreign countries.” Now, why didn’t Ted Cruz say it that way?

And, best of all, Trump said: “We will not apologize for becoming successful again, but will instead embrace the unique heritage that makes us who we are. The world is most peaceful, and most prosperous, when America is strongest. America will continually play the role of peacemaker. We will always help to save lives and, indeed, humanity itself. But to play that role, we must make America strong again. We must make America respected again. And we must make America great again. If we do that, perhaps this century can be the most peaceful and prosperous the world has ever known.” I see a path forward, don’t you?

Picture this: a brash, loud mouthed New Yorker goes to Alabama and 35,000 cheering people show up to hear him speak. He goes to North Carolina and as many thousands rally to his words. Everywhere he goes, thousands rally to hear him. That New Yorker is Donald Trump. His constant, unchanging message is: America first, build a wall, deport all illegals, stop the flow of Islam into our country until we can figure this thing out and close down the Muslim training camps scattered throughout America. I thinks that’s unifying. I think because of Trump, Americans are now becoming more unified then since WWII. Obama certainly hasn’t unified us.

No other candidate has matched Trumps ideas about making America Great Again, an appeal that a majority of Americans who, by the very fact of their attendance in their thousands at his rallies, clearly suggests that he has found the common theme under which Americans will unite, and that he knows what Americans, other than Hillary and that crowd, need, want and expect. Americans are uniting behind his message. It didn’t have to be Trump. It could’ve been Cruz.

Our country is in a dismal mess and it’s the politicians who brought us here.The Republican Party is revealed as a gutless, frightened group of careerists, refusing to stand by Republican principles, Ted Cruz, & Mike Lee excepted. We are overrun by illegal aliens and we want it stopped. We are threatened by Jihadists and we want it stopped. We send our work abroad and we want that stopped too. If Trump is crude, so what, he tells it like it is. We know that as a businessman in New York, he must often grease the palms of politicians (think Senator Hillary Clinton) to get things done and, we really don’t care that he readjusts his positions, argues with idiots, or suffers fools like the media commentators thrown at him.

Trump fights and that’s what we care about. He doesn’t deviate from his main message to make America great again and we know that if he has the skills to run a very large business successfully, he can damn sure run our country, successfully. Our country has been sorely weakened by Obama and Progressivism. It’s nearing bankruptcy; we are politically impotent in our foreign policy (we don’t have any); our enemies ridicule us, our friends fear us for our lack of commitment, and we are doing nothing to stem the invasion by Islam, indeed encouraging it by actively importing Jihadists into our country as legal emigrants. Americans are uniting!

We have become a nation of victims where nearly every nonwhite skinned individual belongs to a special interest victim group demanding rights and privileges we don’t even recognize. Trump is the only guy who seems to understand that for America to be great again, all citizens must contribute by their labor; he knows that government doesn’t create jobs, only inhibits it and spends taxpayer money unwisely, fills its own worker ranks with many incompetents who can’t be fired, and blatantly disses and dishonors our country’s veterans.

America won’t ever be great again so long as we continue to fearfully cling to a government that encourages dependence, demands we recognize multiculturalism and accept sexual deviancy, promotes divisions by wealth, race and alleged privileged status while redistribution (stealing) one groups earnings to give to another. When such practices are cheered and applauded as America’s new Progressive way for an American utopia, then somebody like Trump is desperately needed. Americans will unify under a fighter. Trump’s a fighter!

The free speech exercise we now see going on by the illegal hoards in California, in their anti-Trump protests, is evidence enough we have gone too far. Time for America to unify.

So, once again Hillary is off the hook. I want to say I understand the reasoning expressed by the FBI Director, on declining to recommend prosecution of Hillary Clinton’s criminal malfeasance as Secretary of State, but that’s cutting a thin slice of believability. Something isn’t computing in my mind here. A lack of “intent” on Hillary’s part, doesn’t negate the seriousness of the crime as written in the law. Even a misdemeanor charge for willfulness would have satisfied.

Hillary’s actions were demonstrably stupid and dangerous but, being stupid is usually not a prosecutable offense. But Hillary must now and forever wear the official mantle of a snooty, above the law scheming conniver, incompetent decision maker, liar and cheat. The FBI has lat least labeled her that!

Hillary’s escape from possible conviction for extreme carelessness in grossly mishandling America’s secrets leaves General Patarus dangling in the wind, alone. He admitted to a misdemeanor charge of no consequence leaving his reputation in tatters, his future clouded, his name sullied, while the slimy Clintons continue their march to America’s progressive destruction.

In my essay, Is the Fix In?, (01 July 16) I wrote: “prepare yourselves for the worst, Hillary will not be indited, face trial or go to prison. We are witness to highly scripted, and well executed plan to confuse everybody. It’s the art of corruption at its very, very best. Is the fix in? Of course it is!
I concluded that article by noting: “Barak Obama’s government is transparently fraudulent, but untouchable. How will they steal the election for Hillary? It appears it will be with anti-Trump Republican’s.

The talking heads are already dissecting the FBI Director’s remarks exculpating Hillary from criminal charges because of lack of intent. Conservatives are wondering what happened, while Progressive/Liberals (Democrats) are simply dismissing the whole exercise as a vast waste of tax-payer money because the FBI failed to find any criminal intent in Clinton’s self-serving actions. That one is fraught with land mines to deductive reasoning. I fear for Director Comey’s own carefully constructed reputation of fairness. That remains to be seen but I’ll also bet that right now, investigators are pouring over the Directors professional background in minute detail.

The FBI’s investigation was poised like a dagger at Hillary’s campaign. Obama’s government, already so completely invested in Clinton’s potential presidency, to protect Obama’s legacy, have moved heaven and earth to stop the process until either after the elections or, as we now see, a declining to proceed because the “facts” couldn’t prove intent.

This is what the law tells us: “(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both. and, (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”

Crapola leftist propaganda is being stuffed down our throats every day to justify every possible conceivable reason that our America, according to the Progressives, is the source of all evil and wickedness in the world. If the Progressives are to maintain their slipping hold on power for another four years so they can repair their image problem, they must salvage, even against their better judgement, their candidates reputation so she can at least be electable.

Now, to downplay the felonies committed by the Democrat presidential contender, Hillary Clinton, the MSM is going into high gear. Accordingly, we must endure the MSM’s propaganda even from sources like the Washington Examiner. Apparently, the investigation of Hillary’s email debacle is nearing its end, the only remaining step being her interrogation.

Mind, Hillary Clinton can no longer blame a “vast right-wing conspiracy” for problems of her own making. She cannot justify failing to react to that “03:00 am phone call” for help from her Ambassador in Benghazi. She cannot justify the failed diplomatic initiatives that are now even roiling the world, or the millions paid to her as tribute money for future political favors by oil sheiks, and Wall Street Bankers and, most importantly, neither can she find an excuse to explain her mishandling of classified US Government documents by purposefully ignoring the rules and standards of procedure for control of such classified materials…or, can she?

For example, the news reports on Hillary Clinton’s criminal interrogation by the FBI is reported in the Washington Examiner thus: ”Secretary Clinton gave a voluntary interview this morning about her email arrangements while she was Secretary,” said Clinton traveling press secretary Nick Merrill in a statement. “She is pleased to have had the opportunity to assist the Department of Justice in bringing this review to a conclusion. Out of respect for the investigative process, she will not comment further on her interview.”… 02 July 2016.

Lets take a closer look. First, Suspects do not set the date, time or place of their interrogation, the FBI does. That “she is pleased to have the opportunity to assist the DOJ” (not the FBI, note) is code talk that she and her team have dispose of all fungible evidence that would send her to prison and that all statements needed to exculpate her have been prepared and rehearsed.

On that point, the MSM still insists on using security “review” instead of criminal investigation as a word to downplay the seriousness of the accusations. Interrogators do not usually conduct interviews of such high level illuminary suspects. They conduct Interrogations and do so already knowing the answers before the questions are asked. Denials can be refuted, excuses overturned and claimed ignorance or blaming staff, dismissed. The only escape is by invoking one’s 5th Amendment protections against self-incrimination. There can be no excuse!

“To assist the Department…” is code word that down plays the notion she had a choice. In Britain, newspaper crime reports that ended with “a man is assisting police with their inquiries” always meant that somebody was in custody and headed for trial.

Now comes the Coupe de ‘Gras, also from the Washington Examiner: “Only a fool would believe that the meeting between Bill Clinton and the U.S.A.G. was not arranged or that Crooked Hillary did not know,”…#Donald Trump. Well, the plot thickens, doesn’t it? Will she or won’t she? That is the question. What kind of an America do we really deserve?

Mr. Steve Hayes, a Weekley Standard columnist, who appears frequently on the FOX News channel with Bret Baier said recently, rather as an aside, that he heard rumblings from inside sources that in light of Trumps apparent inevitability, the RNC was actually considering running as a third party. Say what? Cn we say desperation?

This reveals the crack in the dam against which no finger of a little boy will suffice to hold back the tide of angry Americans who have finally been liberated from the chains of GOP party enslavement by Donald Trump because they now know they have constantly been betrayed by the party for the past twenty or more years, most certainly the last eight, and want no more of it. The party’s breaking up on the rocks and shoals of their own deception and incompetence.

Mr. Hayes, whether he acknowledges it or not, spoke clearly on behalf of the RNC, as an anti-Trump’r, who cannot believe what he is witnessing, the loss of the party’s authority over its minions, and their money. Oh, the thought is too horrible to bear! Interestingly, his comment opened a crack in the door allowing us to peek into the party’s meltdown and view its desperation over events they no longer control but of their own making. Is a divorce eminent? Of course it is. It’s already started. The party’s over!

After the recent five north-east states primary delegate selection, that Trump swept in all categories, Newt Gingrich told the party it was time to accept the Trump phenomena because his nomination is now a done deal and anything that remotely had GOP fingerprints on it as altering the course of what conservatives voters want, i.e.: Trump, and a new course for America, will be the kiss of death for the GOP. They know this, that’s why the third party nonsense. This happened before in our early history to the “Bull Moose” party and the “Copperheads” but, they weren’t the main parties and all but died at birth.

The “elite,” “establishment,” career,” GOP politicians, however you wish to identify them, have demonstrated a gross mismanagement of conservative politics by abandoning the principles upon which conservatism was originally founded and, instead, joined hands with the corrupt Progressives (democrats) in gleefully looting the treasury. It continues to this day. What could be a grosser violation of the public trust than a vote for the Omnibus Spending Bill? Nothing else matters. Only America’s survival, as America, matters and yet the GOP have failed us.

Now, at election time, we must listen to the varied excuses of our failed politicians tell us why they thought it necessary to abandon their public trust, spend money we don’t have, further our country’s path to financial Armageddon, while hoping, nay, pleading that we return them to office because they now see the light and they’re really good guy’s.

Trump started the ball rolling. This election provides a great opportunity to continue the changes in our political representation. Nine of our GOP representatives (from Georgia) voted for the Omnibus Spending Bill. They did so because, like Obamacare, it was thrust upon them without discussion or time to read it and just a day or two before it had to be voted on. They opted to “go along.” That’s not the way to spend the peoples money. That’s not why they’re there. They made a bad decision and must pay for it. None of these people are entitled to keep their jobs. They have to earn them to keep ‘em. I haven’t seen that happening, have you? So now do your duty and throw the bums out.

Islam is attacking and murdering people all around the world on a routine daily basis. Young Islamic men who have allegedly fled to the west to avoid Obama’s political failures in their own countries, are feeling free and justified to sexually assault western women as sex objects because their Koran say’s they can.

Even in the face of daily muslim depredations, apologists like Obama, Clinton, Ryan, McConnell and many others, strenuously deny that Islam is evil but is, rather, a religion of peace. Leftist Politicians are creating the criteria for political pushback to justify the arrest and imprisonment of dissenters on the grounds of Islamophobic hate crimes. I’m getting so sick and tired of seeing “Hate Speech” being used as a criteria to punish Christians and other self-survivors.

Even now, a friar of the Franciscan Order of the Catholic Church, a self proclaimed spokesman for Islam, said: “As allies of American Muslims, it’s up to us to speak out against Islamophobia.” Why? Why would a Christian, of any sect, especially a Catholic Priest of all people, feel impelled to say something like that? He’s not speaking for me and I am not his ally. I view Islamophobia as a sane, effective self-defense mechanism that I shall develop and maintain for the protection of my family, friends, and loved ones. You should too!

This friar, Jason L. Miller, must be a long embedded muslim plant within the ranks of the Catholic Church awaiting his day to strike. Well, it came when he saw fit to further denigrate Christianity by encouraging American’s to embrace Islam as our friends based solely on false reports by Islam propagandists and news outlets. Friar Miller mistakenly claims that Muslims in the US have been “killed just for being muslim!” Well, that’s not true, not yet, but it’s surely coming because they’re killing us just for being Christian infidels (non-believers).

Miller said: As a Catholic, I’ve found the recent headlines about our Muslim brothers and sisters in the United States to be quite troubling. If he’s not a muslim, then he’s bought into the BS totally. “People are being kicked off of planes for speaking Arabic or for doing math equations, and in some instances, are even killed just for being Muslim. And the 2016 election has only seemed to stoke the fear of American Muslims.” Miller cites as the source of his information, the Bridge Institute of Georgetown but fails to inform us that Bridge institute is an entirely Saudi-funded entity dedicated to the advancement of Islam. Now, what could go wrong with that?

The Saudi Institute claims that since the beginning of our primary season there have been180 anti-Muslim attacks in the US. “There is no doubt that hate crimes against Muslims are on the rise. Of course there’s doubt. What’s not doubted is the murderous attacks by Islamic jihadists against non-believers around the world. It’s going on continuously and with increasing frequency and violence. “Despite the recent horrific attack in Orlando having no evidence yet to a direct link to ISIS, it’s inevitable that Islamophobic rhetoric will only increase because the shooter was Muslim.” Okay, so what’s the problem here? He was muslim and we should be very concerned.

Friar Miller, Google informs us, is indeed Catholic and gay. He appears to write glowingly about gays within Catholicism. Perhaps he enjoys the “boys like pearls strewn before you” in Allah’s paradise. Or maybe he’s just another post-modern social justice warrior hiding his radicalism in Friars cloaks? In any event, he’s too dangerous to be let loose on America’s youth. Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em! And, I wish you a happy Independence day. America faces an important national election in a few short months. Recent world events (Brexit) however, have sent shivers of fear through the ranks of politicians everywhere. In American, the question we must ask is: what kind of government do we really want? We’ve apparently already fumbled away the Republic given to us by our founding fathers and replaced it with oligarchies, contemptuous of the illiterate voters and bent only on their own enrichment. But, we were warned we would need to protect the Republic, if we could.

So, what could go possibly wrong when the dark forces of fascism, that has freely operated as our government for the past eight years, is arrayed against any return to our Republican form of government? Obama’s government holds the reins of power in all things that affect American lives and our GOP congress does nothing to resist. They have been infected by the politically correct fear of being labeled racists, Islamaphobe’s, homophobes and haters of everything.

The fascist are almost near reaching their goal of changing America and will fight to the death any attempts to return to the Constitutional Republic that has worked so well for so long, even to cheat, lie and steal if the must. How else does one even remotely explain the secret meeting between US Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s and Bill Clinton, in her private airplane on a remote corner of an out of the way airport in a nearly forgotten corner of fly over country? What could go wrong? For Americans, everything!

This coincidental meeting could not have been happenstance. The Clinton’s are far too clever for that. The fact that a local ABC news anchor alone accidentally got wind of it, smells of a set up. Loretta Lynch’s denial that the meeting had anything to do with Hillary’s possible inditement, or even Bill’s as a co-conspirator of the Clinton Family Foundation, also under FBI investigation, was simply incidental, is beyond belief. The mere fact of the meeting suggests other options.

In her subsequent comments, Lynch said that she would accept the recommendations of the FBI and “career attorneys” in the DOJ. That was a shot across the bow of all Civil Service lawyers in the DOJ. Loretta Lynch told them she stands with Hillary, that they should know it and act accordingly if they expect to keep their jobs in the next Clinton administration.

It probably would be a good idea at this time that Trump should announce his administration choices, especially his choice for AG, and suggest that corrupted career DOJ lawyers might find themselves reassigned to a far away post in Perdition under a Trump administration. Make no mistake, that’s how the game is played by the Clintons. But also, prepare yourselves for the worst, Hillary will not be indited, face trial or go to prison. We are witness to highly scripted, and well executed plan to confuse everybody. It’s the art of corruption at its very, very best. Is the fix in? Of course it is!

So much corruption has been revealed in the most transparent government in American history, that we are overwhelmed by the sheer audacity of the lies, manipulation of facts, denials of the truth and more lies. Obama’s dreams of his father, a Kenyan Commie by the way, is about to be firmly entrenched in the American fabric if Hillary Clinton is elected. The only possible result is a civil war or the American people will submit to darkness.

Barak Obama’s government is transparently fraudulent, but untouchable. How will they steal the election for Hillary? It appears it will be with anti-Trump Republican’s. Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em! (01 July 2016).

The overwhelming negative reaction against the Brexit vote last week seems to all come from the world’s establishment elites, our political and financial leaders. The Brexit vote was an earth shaking political event that will be felt in all parts of the worlds economy, not because Britain was individually so essential to the whole, but because it signaled that the cracks in the foundations are widening and that the sheep no longer trust the elites leadership.

What makes a leader? In tribal times, it was the strongest male in the group so long as he made wise decisions and could protect the tribe from outside interference by other groups or wild animals. Basically, these leaders were warriors capable of wielding their authority mercilessly. Tribal members had to be willing to follow him of challenge him for leadership.

Obama is the antithesis of that identity, being weak, feckless and indecisive he leads from behind, see’s nothing, knows less and timidly makes decisions based on already failed political theories, not by personal experience. He is truly a JV!

Time and the civilizing process introduced the ideas of federation living instead of moving season to season to hunt and gather according to the weather. Cultures developed, the civilizing process set in (beer making) and the need for head bashing leaders no longer was required. Leadership devolved to groups deciding who, by vote, they would follow usually by one who could think, reason and made wise decisions for the good of the group.

Subsequently, leadership devolved to those who demonstrated leadership qualities, knew all the answers and knew how to organize a state to protect itself. These types of leaders broke out of the pack, often seized leadership and made it work. Not all were good ones, i.e.: Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini, Pol Pot, Mao Tsung and Saddam Hussain. Only once in a hundred years do we get a Winston Churchill, or a Margaret Thatcher, or even a Ronald Reagan.

Today, leadership is almost totally political and members wishing to aspire to leadership positions no longer have to demonstrate an ability to lead, they simply must convince voters they are like Ronald Reagan, Churchill or Thatcher and are really good guy’s, or gals.

Today’s modern leadership doesn’t end there, it’s still evolving. For America, the mass modern media has made it a personality contest, hence such characters like Arnold Schwartzenagger, and the wrestling buffoon from Wisconsin became governors, and a community organizer became president, twice. Now comes an inept corrupt, criminal, unaccomplished woman who believes she will be America’s leader simply because her husband was and it’s her turn and she’s a woman. That should cinch it!

The EU’s leadership is all but unknown and therein lies it weakness. Oh, we know who leads Germany and France but not that Brussels bunch. Indeed, for decades the faceless Brussels bureaucrats, safe in their ivory tower and protected from the vast mass of peasants and peons who constitute their obeying base, were dealt a sobering dose of reality with the British vote to depart their happy home. Their leadership consists of talking, talking and more talking in civilized formal debate, wasting time until the issues pass from view and nothing good is accomplished except taxation, rules, regulations an ruination.

The EU’s firmly believe they now occupy the positions, if not at least the authority, of Europe’s once royal family’s to govern and control the sheep without consequence. The question now is, how will the elites defend themselves from the growing wrath of the sheep who no longer trusts their leadership? Will they successfully reverse the Brexit vote? Will they stop others from also pulling the plug? How will they do that when the sheep no longer cooperate? just asking!

The 2015 Budget Control Act, agreed to by both parties and the Obama Administration, that should have set spending levels to not exceed $1.06 trillion, was tossed out by the GOP when they passed the Omnibus Spending Bill for 2016, a vote so contentious that ‘conservative’ congressmen everywhere, who voted for it, are being challenged for their seats simply on that basis alone. They seem to forget that no politician is entitled to keep their seat. It’s ours!

Indeed, discretionary spending levels in the Omnibus Bill now exceeds, by $50 billion, the levels originally agreed to in the 2015 Act. Demonstrably, this was a gross betrayal of trust between Republican law makers and the base, and smart voters know it. As I mentioned previously, the BCA set a maximum amount of discretionary spending and not a goal to be met. This continues year after year and, as I understand it, America is broke. We cannot conduct our household spending that way, why do we allow Congress to do so?

Now we are facing FY 2017 with still rising spending levels threatening to exceed the new caps. Obama will be gone but his programs will linger. The same will happen in 2018 unless and until, we can remove legislatures who refuse to stop spending tax payers money we don’t have!

Are you aware of the Overseas Contingency Operations (OCC) fund? Agreed spending levels under the Bi-partisan Budget Act (BBA), stand at $73.7 billion. Defense gets $58.8 billion and non-defense gets about $15.0 billion (for this year). In other words, OCC spending has increased $16.0 billion every year regardless of attempts to reign it in and set workable limits.

Who would have thought? Of that OCC money, $8 billion will be allocated to cover the State Departments base budget needs and will not therefore, be applied to the anti-terrorist war effort or military defense. In other words, the OCC funds to the State Dept., is simply a “slush fund” of non-defense discretionary spending that allows the administration, through the State Dept. to continue to meddle in foreign affairs without DoD involvement. I suspect they really know.

It even gets worse. While it sounds nice, the Omnibus Bill increases emergency spending by $7.1 billion for natural disasters and ,“presidential declarations of other disasters,” i.e.: the round up of designated pro-American, pro-constitution, tea party groups, as authorized by the National Defense Authorization Act. I’m just saying. The triggers are there. Watch for ‘em!

Another $1.5 billion is provided to combat medicare and medicaid waste, fraud and abuse with $698 million to be provided to the Dept. of the Interior for emergency declarations. They’re talking forest fires, that sort of thing, but, does Bundy Ranch or Burns, Oregon come to mind?

Other catch-all gimmicks embedded in the Omnibus Bill is the CHiMPs program, meaning Changes in Mandatory Programs to increase spending, in language cunningly designed to bust through and increase the agreed to discretionary spending caps. Is there no end to perfidy? This CHiMPs program should be entirely eliminated by a new congress as the fraud it is.

These few paragraphs only illuminate two or three outrages perpetrated on taxpayers through GOP’s stealth, guile and malfeasance. The Congress itself is an exercise in waste, fraud and abuse. Something must be done about it. How about tossing out the old and putting some new folks in there! It may also be time to return to a Base Budgeting Program as well.

The mire that the GOP finds itself in is of their own making. A luncheon friend caused me to realize that it was actually we, the base conservative voters of the GOP, who are in fact, the RiNO’s (Republican’s in name only), and that the corrupt ones, those destroying the party’s brand are, in fact, “Establishment Politicians, who also happen to be Republicans.” Simple as it appears, that’s a significant reversion, a slight change of direction in the cognitive thinking process to square away why we need to scrap the whole apparatus and start over again.

It is from this point that I now believe I can arrange my thoughts so that it doesn’t appear that I’m attacking the GOP brand, as we don’t really have a brand any more, but attack the infection that has altered that brand, thanks to the Karl Roves, McConnell’s, and the army of go along to get along congressmen who vote how they are told to vote by the Chamber of Commerce crowd, i.e.: big money and corrupted business.

Here’s a thought. If either the Cruz or Trump campaigns are thwarted by the “Establishment” crowd at the convention, to insert their candidate (enter name here), then I will as quickly re-register as an Independent, as many others I know will also do. I know this because it is a point of constant discussion here in North Georgia’s extra conservative 9th Congressional District.

This failure of our Establishment Republicans to conduct the nations legislative business, as the conservatives they claimed they are, has led to the political malise we are now experiencing and brings into focus the true nature of the Establishment GOP’s leadership. They’re dangerous!

We have lost confidence in our representative congress because they say one thing and vote another, not at all in keeping with their statements. They can no longer be trusted to do as they said they would do. Even our own Congressman, Mr. Doug Collins, a good man, a serving Air Force Reserve Chaplain, a Baptist Preacher, and a loving father and family man, all the qualities expected of a conservative Republican, has still managed to disappoint and his campaign for a third term is now challenged by at least three other candidates. Keep in mind that an incumbent is not necessarily entitled to keep his/her seat. They can be tossed out, and should.

And still, we have a dangerous lame duck president who seems to be getting his job done. Our GOP gave him a pass with the Omnibus Spending Bill to carry him past the election. Obama now has a chance of leaving office before Iran and North Korea’s nuclear hopes are realized. The “global warming industry” is gleeful about the Paris climate change agreement passed with little American opposition. Guantanamo is being drained of its hard core al Qa’ida terrorists because, by presidential fiat, the Jihadists operatives there are no longer deemed to present a threat. The US Treasury has intruded itself into private business by preventing large companies from merging with smaller foreign companies to move their headquarters offshore and reduce their excessive US tax burdens. One has to admit, that’s not bad for a lame duck president with a Republican Congress, is it?

Just for laughs, I encourage readers to look up the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2011 and see what they all agreed to. Then the BCA of 2015 and the numbers will jump out at you. Already, that act has become useless as a spending control mechanism. The act sets a maximum amount for discretionary spending, not a goal to be obtained. It has been exceeded each year. Why does the GOP participate in Democrat set agenda’s, even now with both houses in GOP hands? Look for the answer in corruption, disguised as “doing the peoples business.”

I stand in amazement viewing the retrogression of modern society and our leaders slobbering acquiescence to it on grounds of what is politically correct so as not to hurt other peoples feelings, especially our college students, the Constitution and the rule of law be damned.

For example, Socialism, as many times as it has been tried in the last two hundred years in countries around the world has failed with societies ultimately collapsing into chaos followed by dictatorial suppression with the oligarchs of banking and industry backing the winning mob. Winston Churchill said: “Socialism is the philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy,” and yet, even today, we stand amazed at the happy talk message of Bernie Sanders, an avowed Socialist, aka: Commie and the blithering campaign of the unsuccessful but politically driven liar, Hillary Rodham Clinton as well.

America moral values has forever been based upon Judeo-Christian values. Our forefathers were wise enough to have learned from the English experience that the values of a state imposed religion causes problems so, they wrote a simple sentence in the 1st Amendment prohibiting a state religion. Now suddenly there is a separation of Church and State idea that came from a speech by Thomas Jefferson, which seems to impose state control over our private and personal feelings on the subject of religion because it would be “unfair” to the sicko’s, weirdo’s and the sexually challenged lest they should be chastised on moral grounds.

This idiocy even extends to demanding our acceptance of such ignorant ideas as Wiccan’s and Satanists requiring normal people to accept the abnormal. Hence the LGBT, gay marriage, the puzzled trans-gender crowd demanding to use any rest room they feel fits their needs for the day without fear of having their brains kicked in for their perversion.

And then the big one, the fraudulent religion of peace, the fascist life form that slithered out of the primordial slime of early societies trying to justify themselves by enslaving others. Today, Europe is besieged by active members of the religion of peace. Their terrorists outrages against European society, and American too, are protected by our leaders, especially Obama, who claims Islam has been hijacked by non muslims. I’m not convinced! Obama goes out of his way to support, encourage abet, save, justify and welcome this clear evil to our shores. Indeed, Brower College, is hosting an Islam awareness week, April 4 to 8. A poster to that effect is on display upon which someone has penciled, on the top left corner, “Sura 9:5.”

Sura 9:5 is the ninth chapter, fifth verse of the Qur’an. It say’s: “And when the sacred months have passed, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they should repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, (tax) let them on their way. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.” Hardly the religion of peace, without first submitting to it.

Also Muslims are directed to: “not wait until you find them. Rather, seek and besiege them in their areas and forts, gather intelligence about them in the various roads and fairways so that what is made wide looks ever smaller to them. This way, they will have no choice, but to die or embrace Islam.” Does not Ft. Hood, San Bernardino, Boston, Chattanooga, Paris and Brussels and 9/11 provide a vivid example of muslims following thIs edict? Is this what we want, along side the Wiccan’s and homosexuals, to run our lives? Know that Islam does not mean Peace. It translates to submission! Societal retrogression indeed!

Modern technology can give us immediate gratification or instantly dashes our hopes and dreams. Yesterday, the Brexit vote to leave the EU did both despite being labeled “divisive and hateful,” i.e.: Conservative. Brexit is a done deal and the EU will soon start its death spiral. There was a 72% voter turnout. Polls, showing a close tie, leaning to ‘remain’ in the EU, were wrong. The vote was 52% / 48% to leave. Clearly, voters lie to pollsters. Immigration is why.

The world appears to be waking up to the dangerous scheme by international bankers and financiers to foist upon us the collectivist utopia of a one world government and the British, God bless ‘em, have kicked over the first domino and France may keep the momentum going. What is needed right now is a strong dose of immigration chaos! Not to worry, it’s coming!

Also, yesterday, we witnessed a tawdry display of America’s version of socialist tantrums by nut case Democrat House Representatives having their little one day “sit-in” on the issue of gun control. Their position defies all logic and common sense. By attempting to link the Islamic Jihadist murders in Orlando, Fl. to America’s 2nd Amendment as a problems with guns, not a problem with Islamic immigration, reveals a complete misunderstanding of what the American people know, fear and want. We know immigration is overwhelming us. We want it stopped and, we want to be safe and we don’t want these hoards of Islamists forced upon us against our will. It’s not who we are. We’re Americans damnit, not the dysfunctional worlds go to place for relief from their own problems. The Democrats are completely out of touch with Americans and should be shamed and embarrassed by following the lead of the knucklehead Georgia Rep., John Lewis, mumbling about guns as a civil rights issue, not Islam as a terrorist issue.

Also, our own knucklehead dictator, Obama, lost his unconstitutional immigration scheme to yet another court decision that declared his plan was indeed unconstitutional. The danger of Obama’s action was that it was a direct assault on the separation of powers enumerated in the Constitution. The court said Obama, and succeeding presidents, do not have that power. It’s a states right issue and, Lo!, another domino has fallen. It is totally an immigration issue.

All these incidents reveal a growing distrust of political leaders everywhere and hopefully, the collapse of Political Correctness as the ‘de jure’ rule of law. In Brussels, a determined unelected EU leadership, already in financial chaos, now spouts a determination to carry on as usual, without Britain. But the arrow has been loosed and hit its mark. Europe is failing both financially and with its destructive immigration schemes. So, incidentally, is America, as Rep. John Lewis so aptly demonstrated leading his cabal of disenchanted socialist utopians.

This realignment is just getting started. It’s not over by a long shot. British voters will now be labeled as economic saboteurs. Britain’s departure will unleash claims that the failing global economy is their fault, especially with, as we shall soon see, the exits of France, Greece, Spain and Italy. The old political formula of small states united into larger ones, is coming apart. The former Yugoslavia, where I lived and worked for a year, is a prime example of failed socialist states successfully going their own ways, except for Kosovo that Bill Clinton snatched from Christian Serbia and presented to Islamic Albanian. Kosovo will be Serbian again.

Basically, the Brexit fallout will reverberate shockingly through all the elite circles of financial and political cronyism. The people, once having been pushed aside, are now pushing back.
