HART COUNTY, Ga. — Authorities are investigating a fatal crash that occurred early Monday morning on New Prospect Road, according to the Hart County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to a crash alert around 1:00 a.m. on November 11, 2025, along with the Hart County Fire Department and Hart County EMS. When they arrived, they found a vehicle that had overturned in a field.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.

The Georgia State Patrol has been contacted and is assisting with the investigation into the cause of the crash.
