Supreme Court of Georgia Rulings on Ralston and Ellis

The Supreme Court of Georgia unanimously voted today to accept House Speaker David Ralston’s petition for voluntary discipline and ordered that he receive a “Review Panel reprimand” by a panel of the State Bar of Georgia. The opinion is below:

Also today, the high court voted to reinstate former DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis to the practice of law in Georgia. The vote was unanimous, and that order is also attached below:
