As Vice Chair-elect of the House Republican Conference, Congressman Doug Collins had the opportunity today to escort Vice President-elect Mike Pence into the Conference gathering of all Republican Members of the House of Representatives today. Conservative representatives met to discuss the Republican agenda of the House as part of a united government that will take office next January.

Congressman Collins, a pastor of eleven years, also had the privilege of leading his colleagues in prayer for the Vice President-elect and President-elect. The Congressman prayed that the new administration would receive wisdom and experience peace in its role and that leaders would understand the magnitude of the responsibility that leadership, and specifically the presidency, brings.
