PRESS RELEASE – After receiving some complaints about drug activity at 718 County Line Church Rd in Cleveland, agents with the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office, White County Sheriff’s Deputies, and Investigators with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office conducted a knock and talk at the residence on November 30, 2023. As a result of this follow up, the following people were arrested and taken to the White County Jail:

Katlynn Marie Penick (age 30) Cleveland

• Possession of Methamphetamine
• Possession of Fentany!
• Crossing of Guard Line with Drugs

Christopher David Richmond (age 28) Gainesville

• Possession of Methamphetamine
• Jonathon Bobby Corum (age 28) Gainesville
