PRESS RELEASE – On Friday, December 6 2024, the White County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop on a White F150 driven by Charles Laster.

K9 Castrol was deployed and alerted on the vehicle and during the search, more than an ounce of marijuana was located along with 5 individually packaged quantity of Methamphetamine with an additional 2 ounces of methamphetamine in the vehicle.

Subsequently, a Search Warrant was executed on Monday, December 10 2024, at Mr. Laster’s residence.

During the Search Warrant Deputies located 14 individually packaged quantity of methamphetamine, small quantity of Heroin, approximately 1 ounce of Black Tar Heroin, multiple drug related objects including scales, pipes, packaging material and a firearm with serial number removed.
