White County Board of Education District 2 and District 4, Enotah Justical Circuit District Attorney, Upper Chattahoochee River Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor, County Commissioner District 2 and 3, House Bill 498 and 997, House Resolution 594 and 134, and the referendum for package sales of distilled spirits are the local elections that have been decided.
The Board of Education District 2 incumbent is John Solmon. The Board of Education District 4 incumbent is Linda Ereble. The Enotah Justical Circuit District Attorney incumbent is Jeff Langley. The Upper Chattahoochee River Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor incumbent is David B. Sills.
The County Commissioner for District 2 is Lyn Holcomb. The incumbent for County Commissioner District 3 is Edwin Nix.
House bill 498 is approved, and House bill 997 is approved. House Resolution 594 is approved and resolution 134 is approved. The referendum for package sales of distilled spirits is approved.
The state-wide election results for White County are for the Senate, Commissioner of Insurance, Governor, State School Superintend, Lt. Governor, Commissioner of Labor, Secretary of State, House of Representatives District 8 and 9, Attorney General, State Senate District 50 and 51, Commissioner of Agriculture, and United States House of Representative District 9.
The voters of White County have picked Herschel Walker for Senate. For the Commissioner of Insurance, they have selected John King. The State School Superintend is Richard Woods. For the Governor of Georgia Brain Kemp. The Attorney General is Chris Carr.
For the Lt. Governor White County has selected Burt Jones. The Commissioner of Labor is Bruce Thompson. The House of Representatives District 8 is Stan Gunter. The incumbent for the House of Representatives for District 9 is Will Wade. For the Secretary of State, White County has selected Brad Raffensperger.
The State Senator for District 50 is Bo Hatchett. The State Senator for District 51 is the incumbent Steve Gooch. The Commissioner of Agriculture is Tyler Harper. The United States House of Representatives for District 9 is Andrew Cylde.
