Calhoun, GA- Both Fannin County Rebels Men’s and Women’s Track Teams finished as Region 7AA Runner-Ups in Wednesdays championship meet.

The Men’s team came in second behind Model with a score of 145 points, while the Women’s team only lost to Pepperell, scoring 107 points.

These FCHS Track & Field athletes below qualified for AA State Sectionals, and the top 3 finishers in each event also received a Region Medal:

Hayden Lynch: 3rd in High Jump
Corbin Davenport: 3rd in Long Jump and 3rd in Pole Vault
Seth Reece: 1st in Shot Put and 4th in Discus
Dylan Collins: 3rd in Shot Put and 2nd in Discus
Matthew Crowder: 4th in Shot Put and 3rd in Discus
Tyler Stevenson: 2nd Pole Vault
Grayson Willis: 2nd in 110m Hurdles and 2nd in 300m Hurdles
Andrew Waldrep: 4th in 110m Hurdles
Zechariah Prater: 3rd in 1600m Run, 3rd 3200m Run, and 4th in 800m Run
Monica Cosentino: 2nd in Long Jump and 1st in 800m Run
Shayla Pugh: 4th in Triple Jump
Carlee Holloway: 2nd in 300m Hurdles and 3rd in Pole Vault
Lindsey Holloway: 3rd in 1600m Run and 3rd 3200m Run
Caylee Gaddis: 4th in 400m Dash
Jaclyn Cracknell: 4th in 3200 Run
