Crash on Hwy. 136 West-Blaine

PICKENS COUNTY, Ga. – Around 11:46 a.m. this morning, March 13, Pickens County Fire and Rescue responded to a motor vehicle accident on Hwy. 136 West.

Pickens County Fire Rescue-61 was the first to arrive on the scene.

They discovered a tractor-trailer and sedan that had crashed.

According to Pickens County Fire and Rescue, after the crash the sedan appeared to have rolled over and down an embankment landing upright.

One driver was injured and transported to a medical facility. No other injuries were reported.

GSP is investigating the accident.
