Rosie is our special girl. She arrived a few months ago with major health issues. This was one dog who really needed us. After many vet appointments and diet changes, Rosie is doing much better. We’re diligently working on getting her to gain weight. We’ve got her body in better shape but we’re still working on her heart and mind. Rosie has trust issues and is slowly getting better and then the next day is a step or 2 backwards. Rosie could use a foster home where she could gain confidence and learn to trust humans again. This feat would take consistency, which is something that is not possible in a rescue situation. You’ll find out more about Rosie on our website: hbpr.org (http://hbpr.org/)
